Help with Keto
This was March 17th.Initially things were a bit tough but I've gotten over the carb cravings and keto
flu
. Since week two I've been on two meals a day, have given up sweeteners and don't snack. As I'd heard a lot about time restricted eating I decided to give that a go too.

Low neutrophil count - update
The haematologist was of the view that the drop in neutrophils was most likely due to the
flu
-like infection I had that did the rounds in January. Some people treated it like a virus, others - like my GP - thought it was probably bacterial and gave me antibiotics. So all good, fingers crossed.

Can eye of newt and toe of frog help cure my cll?
One might try making a tea out of wool of bat to treat pneumonia and
flu
. Tongue of dog is great for digestion and pain relief. Adders fork can treat gout, tumors and even be used as a contraceptives'. And don't get me started on blind worms sting.

Can flu/ fever affect egg quality?
My husbands semen analysis today was diagnosed with Oligoteratozoospermia It’s normally good but because we were both quite sick the end of Dec with
flu
we decided to get it checked before we start our next cycle. Being sick clearly made an adverse effect.

GCA morphing into PMR?
I think that my stress has so much to do with it and who knows it could be
flu
I don’t know. Has anybody else gone from GC A to PMR? What was your experience did it come on suddenly? Thank you so much. By the way, my last blood tests were normal, that was about two weeks ago.

Covid/ Prednisolone
My concern now is that in the first week of January I needed a 5 day course of prednisolone as following a
flu
type virus, my asthma got out of control. Am I more likely to have covid complications/respiratory reaction due to these recent steroids?

flu jab
not sure whether to get this or not. Have severe bronchiectasis and breathless on movement. Take Nacsys, an effervescent tablet which loosens the mucous and helps against infections. Any advice welcome. I am 88. Iris

Back after Festivities and Flu
So much for the festivities but on Christmas day I and my better half both started what I reckon was
flu
. The speed with which it came on was amazing. From feeling well to having alternate freezing then sweating spells followed by coughing through the night and really sore throats in just a day.

Has anyone else had a reaction to the Pneumococcal vaccine
At the time (and still having) I was fully vaccinated for covid and
flu
with no issues. I was offered the Pneumococcal vaccine as I am type2 Diabetic, with cirrosis, a couple of years earlier I was in Hospital for 3 weeks with severe sepsis and have severe Pneumonia in my past.

pain relief for headache/sore throats after AF
Unfortunately this time I’ve gone back to sinus but have contracted a stinking cold/
flu
. Are there any pain killers I should avoid? I’m assuming anything with caffeine is a no no. But what about paracetamol or asprin? I’m very cautious about what to put into my bloodstream now.
