Fibrinogen

Can someone please tell me if anything else can affect INR or FIBRINOGEN levels, last year my INR was 1 on the ratio and is now 1.1 does this mean the liver is getting worse or can that figure change, it is literally just on the last part of normal now, also my FIBRINOGEN is almost double what it should

Only fibrinogen & D-dimer were determined to be associated with high-risk disease. Fibrinogen is the precursor of fibrin. It is harmless until converted to fibrin - the bulk of a clot. As an acute-phase protein, it becomes elevated when there is inflammation.

My blood counts are good at; HGB 14.6 WBC 3.9 ALC .80 ANC 1.9, my fibrinogen level, which was giving me problems, is now normal. My IgG level has dropped, and I will be tested for that with my routine blood work, plus my anti viral drugs are going to be part of my diet for a bit.

( higher than mine I mean) also my ast is still higher than my alt ast is 16 and alt 11 this makes a 1.5 ratio, I know people say it does not mean anything when both numbers are in range but is that really true, everywhere on line says it’s bad to be higher than alt, also my fibrinogen is high it should

I did some research on it and it’s associated with elevated fibrinogen in the plasma which is furthermore associated with bad outcomes in all of the literature , therefore this is a new worry for me.

The tests were for the following: Full Blood Count, INR, APTT, Factor V Leiden, Factor II Gene, MTHFR Gene, Fibrinogen, Act Prot Res, Lupus Anticoagulant, Protein C & S, Cardiolipin Antibodies and Anti-thrombin III.

I got an mri that came out ok and blood work that showed low vit d, increased fibrinogen and lazy thyroid( tsh 5,79). Now i repetead a tsh, t3, rt3, t4, tgb blood work and they came back between normal range.( Tsh 3,57).My d vitamin went from 15 to now 77 ng wich is a bit over the limit.
