Hello!
l've been having some troubles with my fingers for a year it all started one night with a sudden dull pain in my middle joint of index finger only, then it settled down, a couple months later it appeared again but not as large as the first time, affecting my index of another hand, now 3 of my first fingers on each hand give me a sensation of having a swelling in my palms when I clench my fists when I wake up, but they are not swollen. I used to be a excessive pc user, like 7-8 hrs every day for about 10 years or so. Yday I was doing some physical work and used my hand aggressively and this morning it felt really swollen even tho. I don't see it. I did multiple blood tests.CBC, urinalysis, Ast, alt, fibrinogen, C3, C4, ANCA, RF 2x, ANA2x. My ANA in a private lab showed negative, in my hospital they did ANA with the (IIF, HEp2 supsrate, IgG) method and it came 2+, with the conclusion that the found ANA was in moderate density and that it is not associated with ANA found in autoimmune disorders, it is seen in some inflammatory conditions, alergies, medicine use, or some other non-autoimmune disorders and also in some % of healthy subjects. 3 of my drs. said that my result is non important and good. Also, I did nailfold capillaroscopy on april 7, and it came back that my nailfold and flow is within normal range. Some loops have dilated arms/ansas but they don't meet criteria of megacapillaries. No visible microhemorrhages. There are no pathological changes that would suggest of increased risk of developing systemic sclerosis, dermatomyositis and MCD.Last night I took a shower and I ran out of warm water and had to shower for few minutes with cold. My fingers were not ghostly white as the ones I see in google photos and I didn't lose sensation and didn't have pain/tingling, also light in my room is white and might exaggerating. But I was also curious to ask someone who's got Raynaud's and know how it looks whether if this looks like it?
Cheers
