Hello everyone, I'm 19 and I have had crippling period pain since I was 13. I am in so much pain it is making me vomit and pass out every time I have a period (which is fine when I'm at home but is not fine when I am in the middle of Boots!!) Feeling like im "faking it"/ Private ££
Hi all Im just feeling a bit fed up and like im faking it when I have days or moments in the day when I have no pain. Anyone else? My period has gone all over the place since being put on desogestrel and sometimes bleed for 20 days. And if my pains aren't as bad as they can be I feel like I'm exaggerating

Desogestrel mini pill
I've been taking the Desogestrel pil for just over a year anall was good but the last 5 months or so I've been getting reoccurring thrush and bleeding every 2 weeks, this time I'm still bleeding 15 days on, its quite light, the doctors say it's the pill, has anyone else had this? My only choice next

Tracking Symptoms
Hi all, this is my first post. I'm so glad to have found this community. I'm 31 and I was diagnosed with endometriosis in November when I had a laparoscopy with excision. There is also suspected endometriosis leading into my bowel which could not be dealt with in surgery on that day. My mission currently

Running out of Endometriosis treatment options! Are there any more out there?
Hi all, I was diagnosed with endometriosis last May through a diagnostic laparoscopy, with Mirena coil inserted during the op. That has been found to not be sufficient enough alone to combat the endo that still remains and it’s started to grow back on one of my ovaries. They’ve found that my ovary is

So many concerns about life affected by endo
Hi everyone, this may turn out to be very long but I need a bit of a splurge of all the things I've been worrying about... I was diagnosed with probable endo and endometriomas last January, then took ages to have scans etc because of covid. I finally had an MRI before Christmas, which showed stage 4

Bleeding on the POP pill
I took the cerazette desogestrel pill for around a year and never had a bleed or a period. I took a break from it for around 3 weeks and decided to go back on it. I’ve now been back on the pill just over two months and I’m having vaginal bleeding but I don’t know if it’s a period? Why am I now bleeding

Double dose desogestrel
Hi everyone, I've just started taking double dose of desogestrel (last night!) on the recommendation of my consultant, because I was getting lots of bleeding still. I've been on this pill for 5 months now, seem to bleed for at least 2 weeks out of every 4 lately. Does anyone else take this double dose

Period light but clots
Does anyone else get this? I am on desogestrel, which has made my periods MUCH lighter. However, I still get quite a bit of pain, and the first few days of my period I am passing only clots (not really any "liquid blood"). Do you know why this might be? I have stage 4 endo and adeno, as well as an endometrioma

Mini pill & coil thoughts ðŸ’
Good morning! I hope everyone is enjoying a pain free start to their days.. I was diagnosed with endo in 2015 and have had 2 children since. My last baby was born January 2020 and my periods came back in October and so did my pain. I’m on the waiting list for a mirena coil as this was recommended by

Bleeding almost constantly for 3 months
I started taking desogestrel contraceptive pill three months ago and have more a less bled continuously. I appreciate my body will take a few months to adjust, but this is inconvenient and getting me down. Should I persist?

Can I start the desogestrel pill before my period starts?
I haven’t started taking the pill yet and ideally need to take it soon but my periods are irregular.
