What causes muscle spasms and twitching after meals?
Hi, my hubby has been going through a rough patch since before Christmas after a long period of doing very well. He was taking 3 madopar 62.5 per day. He had been sleeping well with 5mg melatonin but then stopped being able to sleep and became increasingly anxious dreading night, and had to pee 3-4

Zopiclone
Hey I’ve been prescribed zopiclone for 7 years now. Started in hospital for 6 months after a car crash. I left with a carry bag full of meds including morphine oromorph. The only medication that I panic about from at least 10 prescribed is zopiclone. Not morphine, but zopiclone. Why as now I can sleep

Alarming episode
Am on Gabapentin 400mg which works only 50%; also suffer from insomnia independently of RLS. . My doc prescribes me occasional Zolpidem when she takes pity on me and the odd Zolpiclone. Last night exhausted after 3 sleepless nights I thought I would treat myself to a Zolpiclone - last one in packet

Anxiety after a burnout
Hi, I’m after a bit of advice. I had a burnout caused by work last year. I was off work from March to May. I battled back and got to a stage where I was pretty much back to normal. Since then, I’ve had 4 bouts where I have had three or four days of absolute dread, fearing the worst, finding it difficult

First time for this , never posted anywhere before.
I have suffered from depression for years and am currently prescribed Mirtazapine, Aripiprazole, and Zopiclone. What are your experiences if you are taking any of these. I find the Zopiclone 3.75mg useless. This is the third night running I have been up since about 2a.m. I've not long come home from

Wish I could be problem free!!
I was going to have lunch today and then didn't want to leave my flat. I am under the mental health act and my psychiatrist wrote that she had no problem with me taking valium and zopiclone as I don't drink or buy drugs. But I request them, go to the chemist and there was one zopiclone. I enquired

Anxiety and insomnia in PD
I write this to try to help the PD warriors and their carers. My husband was diagnosed with PD 3 years ago, and his 2 most disturbing symptoms have been anxiety and insomnia. After 7 months of experimentation with meds, his anxiety was relieved by Venlafaxine. However the insomnia was a constant battle

How often can one safely take diazepam?
Have problems with very early waking often, and take either diazepam or zopiclone for this alternately as am concerned about dependency . Probably take one of these regularly about every 3 days and as I know diaz has long half-life and is very addictive, I am wondering if I am risking getting addicted

Has anyone knowledge /experience with Quinine for RLS?
My RLS continues even with Gabapentin 1500 nightly , Tramadol 200 nightly , zopiclone and CBD gelcaps. I recently saw an internist who prescribed quinine nightly. I read that is not recommended by the FDA for RLS or leg cramps . I don’t want to take it but I’m wondering does any one else have experience

Sleep problems.
Anyone got the same problem as me? A lot of the time I sleep quite well. If I have to be up early. on a morning , such as a morning appointment . Even going for a day out with friends . I find it really difficult to sleep. This means I'm very tired on the day and feel so depressed

Venetoclax Side Effects
Greetings to All. I've been on Venetoclax monotherapy for 15 months now and bloods are good. But I have developed a tremor and have what I would call "brain fog" Also not sleeping well at all. All this could be age related - reached 80 in March but I'm just wondering if anybody out there on Venetoclax
