I was just diagnosed with multiple goiters
hello, I have never had any thyroid issues in my life until my doctor felt my neck and said -you have goiters- I got an ultrasound and I have multiple goiters on both sides of my neck. My blood work is in the low end of normal, but now I will be seeing an endocrinologist next week. I am menopausal and

high oestrogen before EC - advice
My egg collection is tomorrow. Clinic did my bloods yesterday and said it was high at 19,400 so they gave me a different trigger injection. The appointment was really rushed and there was no chance to ask any questions so hoping some peeps on here can help… Is this level super high? Should I be preparing

Hormone specialist gynaecologist?
Hello everyone, Can anyone recommend a hormone specialist gynaecologist for suspected oestrogen dominance/PCOS? It's for my daughter who is 15, turning 16 in August. We suspect that this could be a factor and is perhaps keeping her FT3/FT4 levels low. It would need someone with an open mind. We live

Coming off HRT patches
Hi everyone, I'm 55 years old and I've been on a bit of a health journey these last few years to say the least, with many debilitating symptoms including crushing fatigue. As part of the treatment for this, I went onto HRT oestrogen patches 18 months ago, along with the mirena coil I already had.

I need someone very knowledgeable on this topic. I take estrogen cream transdermally on my wrist. Can I take synthroid and transdermal cream at same time or does it affect absorption of synthroid

Optimum
I’m UAT and take 1 grain Armour Thyroid am and 3/4 pm with vitamin D, K2 , Mg and B Complex. I’m also on Oestrogel and Utrogestan. TSH is suppressed due to long term T3. What is actually considered optimum levels for T4 and T3 - also vitamin D? Consultant (private) reduced my AT dose by 1/4 grain

My story won't apply to everyone, of course, but you may find a nugget worth considering. I've had mild RLS intermittently for forty years until it recently worsened. I'd always managed it with weighted heat, L-Tryptophan, magnesium glycinate, L-Theanine, and if necessary, a little pacing. At age 36,

D3 lowers estrogen in blood!
I bought a kiddie pool so I could lay out and get some sunshine. I grew up on an island and I love the water ... ANY water! So I bought it solely for my enjoyment. Then I come across this article from Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center on how D3 lowers estrogen and this interests me because I recently
