Patches (I'm depending on you, son)
I know that some warriors have used
Estradiol
patches and I wonder if anyone had any suggestions. Would the patch help with lowering T? My wife uses them for HRT, I thought I might as well join her..... Any side effects, and can they be bought over the counter?

Constipation is a known issue with the Orgovyx
If I have to change meds to alleviate this, I'm leaning toward upping my dose of
Estradiol
to castration-level rather than trying another ADT. But I'd prefer to stay or Orgovyx for the time being because it has worked so well so far.

Advice about recent NDT thyroid blood tests and high SHBG
I was very happy about my thyroid results and feel good, but the high SHBG and
estradiol
is worrying me quite a bit.

How many estrogen patches to use?
😀 I collected all of the available data on the number of estrogen patches that the studies have used, and plotted the measured serum
estradiol
level versus total milligrams of estrogen used every week.

I’m taking
estradiol
tablets and patches, lubion, cyclogest, prednisolone, tinzaparin and aspirin. I’ve read and I’m hoping it’s the cyclogest irritating my cervix or the blood thinners. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

HRT Questions
So each day 1 Femoston and 1
Estradiol
tablet. I've done well on this and had no issues or symptoms but I'm wondering if I'm causing problems down the line with the extra oestrogen , I'm adopted so have no idea of breast or other cancers related to oestrogen that could be in my genes.

Advice for estrogen vaginal cream
I've been using
Estradiol
(vaginal estrogen cream) for about a year or so. I've always used the applicator to apply the cream but I'm wondering if I can just smear the cream on with my finger. How many of you ladies apply the cream with your finger?

HRT Patches Concern
So I was taking 1mg
estradiol
and I femoston conti 1/10 tablet a day for 7 years making 2mg oestrogen daily by my reckoning, the patches are Evorel 50. I'm really not sure these are the equivalent or strong enough. My other issue is one fell off at the gym the other day, just two days in.

Low Estradiol and low Iron - is it Thyroid?
I'm still waiting on results on ACTH and Aldosterone, and salivary cortisol My
estradiol
and iron were fine in July and August and they dipped the last couple of weeks. Could thyroid meds drain iron and
estradiol
? I'm 39 yrs old, have periods, on average 25-26 day cycles.

Osteoporosis meds
I've been using
estradiol
patches for about 10 months and hoped to see a little stabilization in my numbers but didn't. But coumadin is well-known for its effects on bone density and had a good head start on the Orgovyx.

How long did it take for your HRT estrogen patch to take away your hot flashes?
My gyno suggested I go on the estrogen patch to get relief from the severe hot flashes- generic brand(0.075mg
Estradiol
) estrogen patches. She thought I'd get relief from the hot flashes in a couple weeks at the most.

High-Dose Transdermal Estradiol as ADT
Does anyone have any experience with this? According to my understanding: It's not FDA approved, but used here in the U.S., and all over the rest of the world. It's at least as effective in lowering T to castrate levels. It carries a far more tolerable profile of SEs than LHRH drugs, presumably
