Help with results and restarting meds
I posted a couple of days ago and had lots of lovely replies from people on here. I’ve now got some blood test results from 2 weeks ago. Re thyroid they are as expected because i’d Stopped taking T4, T3 and oestrogen gels about 3 weeks before these were taken. I have restarted my Levo today at 50ug.

Bladder and estrogen
I use the .5
estradiol
patch. I am only 44 and was told I need alot more estrogen. My level was 70. I developed a UTI (only the second one in my whole life) and it's taken me months to get rid of it as it embedded into my bladder.

Seeking info about estradiol dosage before FET - please help!
I am a bit anxious about taking more
estradiol
, as I cannot understand whether the dosage is crazy high, or still quite normal. So it would really help to hear from you... Can people out there doing FET please let me know what dose of
estradiol
you have been put on to prepare the lining?

Round 4 - what a palava... And what to do next??
Long ramble alert! I've just had an intense few days in ivf world, and now have a tricky decision to make. I was hoping to start my round 4 in September, but my period didn't come. I just waited and waited, it got to 7 weeks and I had half given up I was so tired with the emotional and logistical limbo

New test results
Yesterday we did first draw in a series to evaluate the
estradiol
/progesterone levels. Anyone know much about those kind of tests and the results thereof?

I'm feeling the estradiol side effects... not much fun
I have started

I have been on 1 mg
estradiol
per day since. I have found that my hot flashes, mood swings and fatigue/joint pain have indeed been (somewhat) helped by the HRT. Lately though, I have found that I occasionally miss a dose and that the next day I have fewer symptoms. Is this all in my head?

Another month long wait!
So yesterday’s scan showed that my womb lining was very thick and there was a follicle larger than they would expect for d2 of my cycle. So they took some bloods to look at my hormone profile. Back today for another scan and results. Lining was thinner but oestradiol was borderline high. Some concern

Estrad blood labs result
I had to do some major convincing to let her raise my
estradiol
some. When it gets so low, I have constant UTI's, yeast infections, asthma increase, use more eye drops, loads of more physical complications than just hot flashes!!

Advice on Testosterone/progesterone results
Morning I am currently self medicating on T3 and I am doing better on T3 than I ever did on T4. I have been on T3 for 57 days now. I am currently up to a total of 37.5 mcg of T3 taken over a period of 7am, 12pm, & 5pm. I have tried to increase further but, I start with symptoms of runny nose as if

Progynova (Oestradiol) pills - Side Effects?
Hi Everyone, I'm taking Progynova in preparation for a Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle this month and I'm not feeling massively good. I was wondering has anyone suffered from any side effects while on Progynova or Oestradiol pills? Thanks! Clara

Transdermal Estradiol (tE2) update # 2
Just a quick update on my tE2 gel progress (sample taken on 8/3/2018, 6 weeks after previous test). PSA has gone down from 0.49 to 0.19, T down from 349 to 106, and E2 up from 31 to 123. I am applying the gel about 12 hours apart which should be delivering approximately 2.5 mg of E2/day. I am also taking

HOT FLASHES – Why? What to do?
Patients on transdermal
estradiol
(TDE) therapy did not experience hot flashes. It's not really understood how reducing testosterone brings on hot flashes. However, it's true that hot flashes are a common side effect of LHRH agonist therapy. Hot flashes can range from annoying to debilitating.
