Anyone thought about using estriol instead of estradiol?
Has anyone considered using estriol cream instead of
estradiol
? A summary as to why it looks interesting: Estriol agonizes ER-beta (ESR2) more than ER-alpha [1]. ER-beta agonism is associated with anti-proliferative effects in a variety of cancers [2].
Estradiol
agonizes both about the same [1].

Pharmacy changed my HRT patch strength
It seems they’ve differing strengths of
estradiol
I’d appreciate any advice. They just changed it as they couldn’t get Evoral brand

Surgical Castration. Why is it uncommon?
For example, it is not up to date on the use of transdermal
estradiol
at an ADT option. Those authors don't cite any of they papers of transdermal
estradiol
and they don't seem aware of the PATCH study in the UK. Richard Wassersug LIFEonADT.com

Testosterone recovery (after 6 months of ADT).
And for those concerned about
estradiol
[E2] dominance, the E2:T ratio is likely to be unfavorable for part of the recovery period.

Because decapeptyl is too expensive and too dangerous to continue for the unknown length of time until rescheduling I’ve been put on a combi pill (Zoely nomegestrol acetate/
estradiol
) again. It’s been 3 weeks since I started taking it and the side effects are worse than ever.

I had the test at 9am, fasting and took meds after the test. I use the Better You sprays for Vit D and Vit B, and also

Low mood - Can someone please advise?
Could it be because of low

level? Thank you for your advice.

Hi, I’m new here! I’ve been perimenopausal for almost 3 years (irregular periods, hot flashes and fatigue being the main symptoms). Are my results good?
Hi everyone, I've got my latest results and just wanted to check if they look okay. I am on 125mg of Levothyroxine and 6mg of Cytomel. I've got ongoing nausea, joint aches, fatigue, sinus issues, etc. I have Hashmioto's and my latest blood test also show I'm in peri-menopause, with an FSH of 26.8 (3.5
