Brown discharge with combination pill

I'm 24 year old and endometriosis patients in my age of 11. But endometriosis identified last year. I had laparoscopic surgery for chocolate cyst 9cm last year. I'm sexually inactive from my birth. I'm currently using femilon Contains Desogestrel (0.15 mg) + Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02 mg) tablet continuously without break for 42 days. Last Friday i started tablet on my 3rd day of period. 7 tablet completed now femilon. But still brown discharge every day. Some time abdominal pain. One more thing femilon tablet used last one year. My plan is 63 days continuously without break then stopped again started 3rd day of period. This plan for one year completed now. Now 42 days continuously without break. Thank you
