Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera), Ginkgo Biloba and Brahmi (Bacopa Monnieri) together?
I am aware that there are supplements combining Ashwagandha (Withania Somnifera), Ginkgo Biloba and Brahmi (Bacopa Monnieri). Is there any research against, or in favour of, the combination?

Socioeconomic influence on treatment with liothyronine and desiccated thyroid extract in Denmark
An interesting paper in that it looks at thyroid treatment from a very different point of view. Although based in Denmark, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see the same general direction if repeated in many other countries. [i]

Weight Gain with IVF meds (FET)
Hi everyone, I started my first round of IVF back in March, I had a BMI of 29 so only just within the NHS requirements, and was told ideally to lose weight if possible. I seemed fine with the drugs for egg collection, obvious hormonal fluctuations and a few aches/tiredness, but nothing weight gain related
