What next?
Afternoon all. So my 73 year old Dad was diagnosed last June and had 95% of his tumour removed. He had three weeks of radio and chemo and has just completed his 12th round of TMZ in August with very little side effects (thankfully) The chemo has been doing the trick and there was a residual amount left

I have fought stage 4 metastatic hormone resistant prostate cancer for 6 years so as to make sure I don't get where I am at now. sitting in a chair looking out the window unable to do anything, wondering if my end date is close. Two weeks ago, my abdomen became distended and very painful. The diagnosis

New Evusheld (AstraZeneca) Commercial On US National TV
A very subdued, professional TV commercial with one of my favorite movie stars, Jeff Bridges. The commercial was on CBS network US national news directed to immunocompromised viewers. Near the beginning of the pandemic, Jeff was diagnosed with Lymphoma, underwent chemo, and later contracted Covid

Please help! RLS is very bad, also have leukemia, hemochromatosis and severely low immune globulins. Never heard of augmentation till read
Hi RLS community, I just joined. I have had RLS for 23 years but it has been fairly successfully treated with Mirapex although I have been on the max dose for a couple of years. I have been focusing on my other problems and not the RLS because as long as I took the pills by 7pm I could go to bed.

Adjusting dosage of Abiraterone with low fat meal
Prostate cancer diagnosed in March 2020 (Stage 4 Gleason 9). Have recently completed 6 cycles of chemo, with ADT injections every 3 months. My PSA, which was originally 76, dropped to 1.6 in December 2020. I don't have medical insurance so have been undergoing treatment at the public hospital.

Xofigo or Chemo?
Just got a call from my Doc giving good news that there are no genetic mutations affecting my case. He suggested to take Xofigo + Xtandi or ... Chemotherapy. Tough choice but the Zytiga is not working. Meanwhile he accepted my suggestion to try the SLASH /Lu177 clinical trial as long as it doesn't

Radiotherapy on lymph node/posting problems
I am to have radiotherapy on a lymph node near my armpit. There is still low activity in some other lymph nodes but my oncologist would rather watch and wait before giving me more chemo but the one under my arm has got bigger hence my treatment. I wondered if anyone else had had this and was it successful

Good news
Hi, I had my third chemo session on Friday and I found out that my CA 125 numbers have dropped to 81, that’s after the first two rounds. I’m over the moon and I’m hoping it may drop further, to hopefully within the normal range, which I think is below 35, but I don’t want to jink it! xx

Advice after diagnosis due to Chemo
Hi I have just finished 8 cycles of chemo and 15 rounds of radiotherapy for breast cancer and all is good. However my recent heart scan compared to the one I had before treatment and one half way through shows that my heart has dropped a little. I have to take ramicon daily and go for another scan
