I was admitted into the hospital today for 5 days of DA EPOCH R w Venetoclax for large diffuse large b cell lymphoma, Richter’s Transformation, of my CLL. Still shocked by the diagnosis as I continue to feel pretty good despite the swollen spleen, enlarging lymph modes and fatigue. It’s been a long

I met with the local oncologist today to do treatment plan for confirmed Richters. I will be admitted on Monday to start 5 days of DA EPOCH - R with Venetoclax for 10 days per cycle. Interesting article about curing autoimmune diseases
You don't get to view very many free articles, but the Epoch Times had this to say about potentially curing autoimmune diseases. https://www.theepochtimes.com/health/can-autoimmune-disease-be-cured-scientists-say-we-may-be-close-5579207

My CLL has Transformed
Finally had a pet scan on May 28 which showed extensive transformed disease above and below the diaphram with extensive head and neck disease, a pelvic mass and spleenomegaly. I am going for a biopsy next week to confirm diagnosis. If RT confirmed, then I will be admitted to Upenn for 5 days of intensive

I would appreciate opinions folks. I finished V and O after one year in March of this year for CLL. I expected to feel well and less fatigued and painless. Low Fibre Diet
Hello I’ve not posted on here for some time. A few month ago I was diagnosed with Cancer. I am undergoing radiotherapy and low dose of chemo. I have been asked to reduce my fibre intake as much as I can. This goes well against the grain but naturally I want to do what ever helps. It means next to no

Cancer Turned Aggressive?
My dad has been battling prostate cancer for 15+ years . He goes to University of Chicago. He is 74. Early 2000’s- prostate removed - not clean margins. Did no further treatment 2004 - Cancer came back. Only seen on PSA test. Watched for years until PSA finally doubled. 2007-2008- went on Lupron

Bad flareup :(
Hiya everyone; Yesterday I had the worst flareup I've ever had :(. I had friends round for the weekend and I took about 6 Loperamide so I could eat 'normally'. I have done this before and it usually works to prevent the diarrhoea and urgency. Well, it did that, but it seems that I had a partial bowel

Zoladex to what age?
I'm 77 have had P/S since 2014 and am told thats it as to any furtehr treatment. Had Chemo - failed after seven. Had radiotherapy seemed to be positve but now suffering from Lymphodemia and having a bowel issue. (R/T causal). Not exactly randy given my age, and co-morbidities, so is there any point

Hey everyone, As mentioned previously, my mum is awaiting radiotherapy and has decided to go ahead. She has had a horrendous cough now for nine weeks and had numerous courses of anti biotics, which cannot be great. She is currently taken her third course of cotrimoxazole, which have not done much.
