Scoliosis. Harrington rods. Pregnancy
Had no problems during and had natural birth without
epidural
that went well. However i was in an underscribable amount of pain. I no labour is painful but that was unimaginable. I felt like i was being hit by lightning in my back with every contraction !

Still no diagnosis
I did do a Medrol pack which changed my pain to tolerable, and I also had an
epidural
steroid injection in the lumbar region, day two I had complete relief that disappeared 13 days later.

The Pain Dr said I will probably need
epidural
shots in my back and gel shots in my knees. Needless to say Iβm scared silly. Has anyone had any of these shots done?

Epidural injection for non-related PMR issue while on Pred for PMR.
Has anyone had to have an
epidural
injection for hip pain not related to PMR? I finally gave in and had one. My PMR seems to be in control with 3 mg per day but my hip pain (Periformis muscle,) which I had before my PMR, has reared it's ugly head.

Epidural, did it work for you? To what extent? Yay or nay?
So is it true
epidural
just helps numb the lower body pain and does not in fact help with baby crowing pain, you actually feel it all?

Just want to share my story so far...
Would an
epidural
be an alternative? I really want to fix my knee asap. Thanks for reading this and I appreciate anyone who takes the time to reply.

APS & Pregnancy - Being induced early - Advise
The obstetrician has arranged for me to have an anaesthetics review, which I'm having next month, as I won't be allowed an
epidural
or spinal due to the blood thinners. And I'm having 4-weekly scans and Consultant reviews to check the baby is growing as it should.

Neurological symptoms after dural puncture
Hi, I had a post dural puncture after and
epidural
5 months ago now. I had a blood patch procedure which unfortunately didn't work. I suffered with the awful postural headaches but also tinnitus, weird sensory symptoms in my limbs and feeling generally rubbish.

Decisions - huge op or not π¨
The mere thought of a stoma puts the fear of god into me let alone the op itself which she keeps stressing is huge and will be a 6 month recovery, I would have an
epidural
as well as a general, drains from my liver etc etc.

I now have Bi lateral SI joint injections through
epidural
every 8 months. I don't think at the time they have worked, until I can feel it wearing off and then I know about.

RA and cervical neck injections....
Has anyone had any success with steroid neck
epidural
injections focusing on the facet joints and vertabrae? I've had 2 series of injections (7 or so each time.). Instructions were to take it super easy for at least the first 5 days following the injections.

What can I expect after surgery
I have had loads of operations due to a botched
epidural
which damaged discs in my spine but I've never had a throat operation before.
