Xtandi Enzalutamide
My husband was on Xtandi. It was not effective, so he stopped taking it. However, he has a bottle of the tablets that are still in the sealed box (Exp 8/24). He received them through his insurance so the cost to him was minimal, but it is a very expensive drug if one does not have insurance. We tried

Not so sure I should be on Erleada
Erleada has some harsh side effects, appears to me harsher than Darolutamide or
Enzalutamide
. I plan to follow my oncologist orders until I meet at the end of November.

Current PCa treatment options in the UK do NOT include Triplet Therapy!
They strongly recommend that I start with Prostap +
Enzalutamide
. I referred to various clinical trials and they say they are aware of them but that is the treatment that is currently available and I should check out websites like Macmillan and NHS to confirm this.

Radium 223 instead of enzalutamide
Apparently they are becoming more active so the
enzalutamide
hasn’t held them off. I wanted to check what people in this forum thought of this as I am concerned about him coming off
enzalutamide
but the doc doesn’t seem to be?

Cabazitaxel Versus Docetaxel
He is 5 years post diagnosis and his PSA has started to rise after 2.5 years of stability on
enzalutamide
and before that 6 rounds of doxetaxel + ADT. His recent scans have showed some enlargement of pelvic lymph nodes which is most likely the reason PSA has been rising since Jan 2022.

When is enzalutamide going generic? DAROLUTAMIDE?
A generic version of XTANDI was approved as
enzalutamide
by APOTEX on April 22nd, 2022. Nubeqa aka Darolutamide will be eligible for patent challenges on July 30, 2023. This date may extended up to six months if a pediatric exclusivity extension is applied to the drug's patents.

Oral Hygiene and Zometa, Nubeqa, etc.
I was wondering if anyone else on Zometa, Nubeqa,
Enzalutamide
, etc. is taking these types of medicines for oral hygiene or gastrointestinal issues. Are they recommended as prevention? Thanks.

After some readings, I'm not sure if the decision to switch from Bicalutamide to
Enzalutamide
is the right decision. Should he stay with Bicalutamide? Should he take Trelstar shot only (without Bicalutamide or
Enzalutamide
)?

Sequence of treatments
Given my husband's post
Enzalutamide
Docetaxel treatment and the lack of a great response (so far), I had a look around for sequencing to see if Docetaxel might have been more effective before giving
Enzalutamide
.

Can Lupron and Enzalutamide raise blood pressure and blood sugar?
Has anybody had the experience in getting high blood pressure and high blood sugar level from Lupron and
Enzalutamide
? Is this a rare thing or a common thing for those cancers treated with hormonal drugs like Lupron and
Enzalutamide
? Appreciate your responses. Thanks.

Enzalutamide may have synergistic effect on Lu-177 Pluvicto treatment
found these recent published studies that indicate short-term use (2 weeks) of
enzalutamide
prior to Pluvicto treatment increases PSMA expression in PC cells, and may have a synergistic effect.

TO TAKE OR TO WAIT
Is it better to wait to add a 2nd or 3rd level drugs like
enzalutamide
to my treatment until I'm no longer responding to Eligard or should it be added now.
