AMPLITUDE clinical trial
Should I wait until mid to late September to see if I qualify, or just get started on
enzalutamide
now and forget the trial? Any views or knowledge would be welcome, thanks, Ben

BIOCHEMICAL RECURRENCE -NOW WHAT?
MO is saying that there are two options in India -
Enzalutamide
and Darolutamide for castrate resistant non-metastatic PCa. His recommendation is to start Darolutamide owing to the higher chance of maintaining a decent QOL and delaying time to metastasis. My general health is good.

Side Effects of Docetaxel vs Cabazitaxel
Been at this for over 6 years now, diagnosed at stage 4 and ever since on ADT, plus 6 cycles of Docetaxel, Abiraterone and
Enzalutamide
. Looks like its time for Cabazitaxel. My doctor is recommending that as the next treatment.

What next after Enzalutamide and Docetaxel?
Hi I'm new here and I'm 66 years old living in the UK I have Gleason 8 Stage 4 cancer that has spread to bones and lymphnodes. 6 months of
Enzalutamide
worked well but then my PSA started to rise again and has now settled around 60.

Orgovyx in the UK
One issue I discussed was potential use of Orgovyx (Relugolix) with
Enzalutamide
instead of Firmagon /
Enzalutamide
combo I have been on for 2 years. I know it’s used around the world & approved by FDA & taken by many of you guys.

Enzalutamide - less is more?
We investigated the impact of starting
enzalutamide
at ≤ 50% dose on metastatic prostate cancer outcomes including patients' longevity. Patients and methods: Records of metastatic prostate cancer patients treated with
enzalutamide
at one center were retrospectively reviewed.

Spot radiation
A new Met spot was found on his spine last year and so
enzalutamide
was added to his treatment. This Met spot has not disappeared despite the added
enzalutamide
and is now causing sciatica, so my dad is having spot radiation for it this week. My concern is why hasn’t the
enzalutamide
got rid of it?

Need advice on rampant metastasis.
Questions - Doc was going to add Zytiga or
enzalutamide
after chemo. He said there is no benefit doing all three (Firmagon, docetaxal and Zytiga or
enzalutamide
) at the same time. But I thought the triple therapy research recommended doing them together.

Worried Daughter
He then started
Enzalutamide
and despite the hot flashes, fatigue, and all the other side effects that come along with androgen deprivation things have been really good and he's been stable for 2.5 years!

NEXT STEP IMRT
I'm also scheduled to talk with my Uro Oncologist on 8/3/2022 about starting either
enzalutamide
or abiraterone + prednisone. Plan is to hit it hard up front to delay BCR as long as possible. 7/27/22 - PSA 0.01. T - 11.
