Given my husband's post Enzalutamide Docetaxel treatment and the lack of a great response (so far), I had a look around for sequencing to see if Docetaxel might have been more effective before giving Enzalutamide. It was not offered to us at the time of diagnosis despite being Gl8 and intraductal.
