Splash Study (Lutetium+Enzalutamide trial)

Hi All, has anyone been in the phase1 or phase 2 Splash Study? My MO is proposing to switch me to Splash Phase 3 arm ->Lutetium PSMA & switch current Zytiga hormonal therapy to Enzalutamide . I could not find much info about the results of the Ph1/2. Here is the link splashtrial.com/

It seems a good trial. It is randomized to LU177 or enza or abi, but they allow crossover at progression and everybody may get the Lu 177 treament.

The PFS was 11.5 months.

Several Lu treatment centers have been using enzalutamide in hopes of increasing PSMA expression for Lu treatment in CRPC. One trial ongoing in Australia as I understand it.

Makes sense to try adding it after a first round of treatment and repeat PSMA PET scan to evaluate for subsequent treatments.
