I also cannot poo without an enema and lots of laxatives since the operation. I can cope with the pain of the operation but the toilet situation is really depressing me. They also won't let me out of the hospital until my bowels start to move independently.

Each session starts with an enema but unlike other forms of radiation, MRI guided SBRT requires and empty bladder instead of a full one. The first session was about an hour with an initial 45 minute MRI followed by about 15 minutes of SBRT.
