Hello everyone, I have ARLD, I saw my Grastro Consultant on the 20th August, He told me my bloods were normal and my liver is functioning normally , he order a endoscopy and a ct scan to be done before I see him again in three months time , I found the appointment over whelming a lot to take in,

Waiting for an endoscopy. So my question is Does anyone know If endometriosis can cause an ulcer or bleeding in your digestive tract? And does anyone suffer/ has suffered with candida overgrowth? Constantly feel like I have mild thrush and also have it in my mouth.

hi my sister has ingested clorox a.k.a bleach .she was admitted at hospital and was given iv drip with proton pump inhibitors.xray and endoscopy was done showed to be normal along with a blood test.within 48H she was discharged and send home with some antibiotics ,urine medication and proton pump inhibitors

I had an Endoscopy with contrast. They could not find any reason for the bleeding so they had me stop the Apixaban. Gradually the bleeding from my bum stopped. They told me to stay off the Apixaban for 3 weeks and start taking them again. If the bleeding starts again to let them know.

Back in August they said I had a hernia/nodule in my stomach on the day they performed my endoscopy, and colonoscopy I was told my nurse they removed 11 polyps I thought 11 I was told they couldn't remove 4.

My endoscopy was negative of any thing . My question does anyone suffer from this symptoms who has IBS please ? Thank you.

Good morning, I’ve got to have a video capsule endoscopy in a few weeks. I wanted to know if anyone has had this procedure done please??? I'm very anxious as I have diverticulitis as well as Crohn’s disease! I know it can get stuck and if can’t be dislodged they then have to do surgery.

In Jan this year, I decided to go gluten and dairy free, had an endoscopy done in Feb (showed a lot of inflammation) and began to wean off the montelukast over the next 3-4 months. Ruling out certain foods, my stomach began to improve.

I do believe she still needs to have an endoscopy but they're giving her incorrect information or she's relaying it to me incorrectly.

Then on the Wednesday of the same week, I had a endoscopy with tummy dialation. So glad they do that under general anaesthetic.

Over the last 5 months I've had an endoscopy (normal) CT scan (normal) and a colonoscopy which presented normal on the visual check. Biopsies have however shown inflammation in both my colon and small intestine, but no diagnosis as yet.

I'm having a bit of a meltdown it happens now and again, most of the time I try not to dwell on it and stay positive about the extensive Intestinal Metaplasia, raging Gastrin levels and everything else that is Pernicious anemia and my last endoscopy revealed and focus on how lucky I am to have so many

after having skin issues ie red burning rash and bloating and blood in stool and weight loss loss of hair and nails all got worse since original ct scan and of colonoscopy found pre cancerous poloyp hyperplasticity poloyp that weren’t all removed and mild diverticulitis and and endoscopy found ulcer

Hgb was 90 then by Friday platelets were 625 Hgb 86 today Monday platelets were 1065 and Hgb 81 no more blood transfusion promised as gastroenterology say she will only bleed it away, she has resumed hydroxycarbamide at one a day since Friday day and she is on Clexane and been told she will have an endoscopy

I've had upper endoscopy which did not show anything. I'm also on weekly alondronate for osteoporosis, caused by my breast cancer treatment. ( 2002 and 2021) this also causes indigestion. So I did not take this weeks dose.

I have had an endoscopy with the all clear, currently taking Lanzoprozole and gaviscon, some days worse than others. Wanted to know if anyone suffered the same to see if it’s hormone related. Thanks

..they are not itchy and look round, I’ve also noticed what looks like blood spots around my ankles and feet , any advice would be appreciated, I haven’t started a gluten free diet yet as I have to wait for the endoscopy to be done,

I have had an endoscopy with no indication of varices. I've also had an ultrasound, which the sonographer said looked entirely normal. She said that, if I had cirrhosis, she would see that during the test. After being given the fibroscan result, I saw a specialist gastro dietician.

Doctor advised increased Lanzoprozole to 30mg and referral for endoscopy.

pressure due to ibs which realy restricts their mobility to move around and also to relax,my gp has recently told me she thinks I have ibs as I have all the symptoms a distended stomach which makes me look heavily pregnant,constipation,diorrhea,,wind,back pain,bloating,I have had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy
