Does anyone have this IBS’s symptoms ?

3 moths age and daily I wake up with severe pain in my stomach like I feel very hungry . My endoscopy was negative of any thing . My question does anyone suffer from this symptoms who has IBS please ?

Rarely but occasionally I do get a growling stomach after I get up in the morning. That feels exactly like being very hungry. It's hard to tell if it IS just my belly being hungry....if it's the migrating motor complex working which is completely natural ...or if it's to do with IBS. Yet it doesn't always go hand in hand with a bad IBS day. But sometimes I get more hungry when I'm tired or haven't slept well enough. The body is just demanding more energy to be provided. But that's just me.

No, it's not painful at all.

It's good though, that you had the endoscopy so you know they found nothing untoward in your stomach. I guess they did an H Pylori test?

Thx Luisa for your reply .. yes I did the H pylori test and it was negative as well.

Can you link it to certain foods and/or possible inflammation? I certainly have mornings when my stomach is a bit uncomfortable and feels normal once I've eaten.
