Adderall 30mg immediate-release switch to Vyvanse
Started taking Vyvanse and I have been on Adderall 30mg for about 10 years. I am unable to concentrate/focus and want to know if anyone else has experienced this and if I should be able to focus on taking Vyvanse instead of Adderall within a week.

Supplements with medication
Hi. I was wondering if anyone has tried taking vitamins/supplements with their ADHD medications and if this helped? I have been looking into it for awhile but I dont know exactly what supplements to try! I am currently on Vyvanse 70mg and feel like around 11-12pm it wears off and I crash somedays. Hoping

Sleep help
I started
Elvanse
yesterday and had excitedly fantasised earlier in the week that it would turn my brain off enough to fall asleep without any help, but alas it was not to be. I often feel like my brain has forgotten how to fall asleep at all.

To add to the pharmaceutical cocktail I am now on
Elvanse
too and again, whilst these have helped manage some of the symptoms and allow to work more effectively I am still always shattered no matter what.

New to the forum, newly diagnosed, need some encouragement
Hi everyone, I recently got diagnosed with ADHD this past september 2020. Prior to that I battled with depression and an eating disorder. I have felt very alone through this journey...I am currently 28 years old. I suppose you can say I have been very high functioning while compensating for my struggles

Adderal to Vyvanse changeover issues
I have been on Adderal XR 15mg for 2 weeks, and just switched today to Vyvanse 30mg. I was extremely sedated once it kicked in (much like my first ever Adderal dose ) and through the day have been feeling fatigued, generally crappy, and increasingly depressed and anxious... Anyone else?

Focused later in the day after taking meds in the morning/early afternoon ??!
I tried a second smaller dose of
Elvanse
today (30mg in the morning 15mg at 1-2pm). Why do I feel more clear head and focused at ) 6pm than I did earlier in the day? Is that normal?

Hi does anyone else take Elvanse/Vyvanse and perscribed vortioxetine too?
I’ve done a bit of reading and it can lead to negative effects outweighing the benefits. My psychiatrist has told me to take it in the evening though. I believe taking at the same time wouldn’t be good, particularly in the long run with serotonin syndrome a possibility. Keen to know if anyone else has

New diagnosis- Not sure if my medication is working for me
I was recently diagnosed with ADHD after two years post-grad of struggling to succeed with my business. My mom also has adhd and was the original one who noted I might as well. Anyways I recently started medication with vyvanse and have already been bumped up to 50 mg. I am having a hard time figuring

Therapy for ADHD
I have a 13 year old with ADHD and he has been on medication for a couple years now. We have had trials of a couple of different medications before settling on vyvanse which is helping to manage his symptoms a little. However , he still struggles with organizational skills at school and home, remembering

Vyvanse
Hi everyone, just writing because I started taking vyvanse again after 7 years of being off it. They started me on 20 mg and we are going to move up the dosage later on. I'm just wondering if anyone has any tips or tricks for the insomnia aspect of the drug. I already take melatonin at night and smoke

Medication Frustration
My 9 y/o son's ADHD is predominantly inattentive type. He's been on Vyvanse, since September, working up from 10mg to 20 . (We started with it because it works well for our daughter, who has both inattentive and hyperactive symptoms.) It makes a difference but not consistently and not especially dramatically

Vyvanse & Shaky hands
I was wondering if anyone else has had issues with taking Vyvanse and being shaky. I tend to get really shaky hands about 2-3 hours after taking the medication, this is super annoying as I work building miniatures. It kind of feels like I've had a really strong coffee or two. I avoid caffeine until well

Hi! Just joined and could really use some help and support.
First, I apologize for my long post. It has been difficult to find support, so I'm kind-of pouring it all out right now. My 8 year old daughter was diagnosed with ADHD right before the pandemic hit, and while we have several concerns and lots of questions, we do not have much support to address those

Medication stopped working abruptly?
Hello, I was just wondering if anyone had similar issues as me. I received a diagnosis about 5 months ago and started vyvanse around that time. The medication was extremely effective for about 4 months until one day it no longer affected me at any dose to any significant degree. No other stimulant medication

Inattentive ADHD and Medication
My son was diagnosed in late in 7th grade. He spent one full day/ 8 hours with a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist and we receive a report that included all educational testing. No other issues or comorbidity. Moderate AHDH predominately inattentive. Never thought or know about ADHD. Anyway, I spent

How do you stop the incessant worrying?
I have always said that I worry about anything and if I don't have something to worry about I will look for something...Lol I am 54 and diagnosed about two months ago; am taking Vyvanse and finding it to be very helpful with my anger/frustration. I feel calmer and more in control, Unfortunately, I still
