Hi does anyone else take Elvanse/Vyvanse and perscribed vortioxetine too?

I’ve done a bit of reading and it can lead to negative effects outweighing the benefits. My psychiatrist has told me to take it in the evening though. I believe taking at the same time wouldn’t be good, particularly in the long run with serotonin syndrome a possibility. Keen to know if anyone else has these daily and your experience /knowledge? I mean surely my psych wouldnt have prescribed them for use together if it’s pretty safe. Maybe it’s clinical they’re taken at separate times of the day?

Initially I had a different anti depressant (forget what it’s called I think it begins with S) but it had an adverse effect so I was switched to them.

TIA!
