Eliquis

Hi, Does anyone know if I can have Microneedling done while I’m taking Eliquis? Thank you Clare

Four hour procedure and now I have my life back only med I’m on is eliquis . Go for it if your on the fence!

(Immediately placed on Eliquis!)😱 We are grateful it was discovered. 🙂 PSA 49.6😱 We saw his local and Stanford oncologists, who are working together, 🙂 and both are recommending chemotherapy, Cabazitaxel, that is given once every 3 weeks for 10 weeks.

After finally being diagnosed with AFib last month, I am currently on Diltiazem 1xday 180mg, Eliquis 2xday 5mg, and Flecainide 2xday 50mg. I have to say that after reading about Flecainide on this site and how it helped, I mentioned it to my cardio doc and he prescribed it for me!

Off the Eliquis Monday and Tuesday so I stayed in the hospital. Tests all negative. Released around noon today. A couple times I forgot to take a dose of the Eliquis at home and felt better. No aches and pains no chest pains, ringing in my ears much less, almost no tingling in my legs.

Hi I’m 53 years old , I had a blood clot last February after that Dr discovery jack2 mutation in my bloods test my platelets high until 576 Dr putted me on Eliquis 5 mg twice a day and did a bone marrow biopsy it results in ESSENCIAL TROMBOCITOSIS Now I have to take Hydrea 500 mg a day I began taking

I am on Eliquis

I take 5mg Eliquis twice a day and that is supposed to be the right dose but is it? I will have to look into that. It's all a bit confusing as I want to continue taking it indefinitely.

I'm on Eliquis. Anything to take with it that's natural? Thanks

As mentioned in previous posts I have been on Digoxin & Eliquis Apixaban since the 11th August. The Digoxin seems to be doing a good job of reducing heart rate at rest and when I go for my daily walks. I do not think Digoxin is meant to reduce heart rate when exercising but I may be wrong.

Has anyone had fever as a side effect of the metoprolol or Eliquis. It is a side effect but not one of the more common ones. Side effects are on drugs.com. Thanks

And you can't just take an antifungal med with Eliquis. So what do I do. Anyone out there please let me know if you have had this problem. I'm at my wits end. What did you do or take? Drs don't help.

I am on Eliquis, Metoprolol and Flecainide. I recently started having hot flashes, mainly at night and anxiety. I am 64 female. Anyone else experience this?

Keeping my Afib controlled without any meds after cardiac ablation 4 years ago but after second knee surgery months later I was admitted to Hospital for Bilateral Embolism and now on Eliquis blood thinner, hopefully not for the rest of my life.

getting ready to start eliquis- did anyone have an adverse reaction when they started the drug?

I was Lupus anticoagulant positive (but now not positive to any) With constant wild fluctuations and consequently feeling so ill, it was agreed to stop Warfarin and swap to the Pfizer drug usually used to treat AF called - Apixaban or Eliquis (I will continue to take 75mg of Asprin daily too.)

Meds are 2.5mg Bisoprolol & eliquis 5mg twice per day. Ive had paroxysmal a-fibfor 12 years. I have a big weight problem here & at the age of 66 its worrying me sick. Decided on the keto method but now I'm reading it can cause heart rhythm problems which is the last thing I need.

Anyway now on 125mg of Digoxin once a day and 2 x 5g of Eliquis Apixaban twice a day. Again decided to carry on exercising but changed this to 2 miles each day of either slow, brisk or mixture of walk & short 50 – 100 yard jogs and this where I am undecided what to do.

I was diagnosed with Afib and given Eliquis apixban & digoxin. No problems so far as early days. I again have adopted the “it will not beat me attitude. Within 2 days of taking meds I stated to do slow walks, no jogging.

Eliquis. I feel as though my afib has gone bye bye. Query. Is it possible that blood thinners somewhat PREVENT afib? Or is it possible that a cardio version might PREVENT further afib?? Or am l wishful thinking? Which is it..??!!! Thank you!
