Waking up a sleeping colon
I have had this happen several times. Yesterday I had a call from a person who was going to stop by in 2 hours with their grandchild. Of course I was thrilled but also realized by house needed a big once over. I literally flew around, vacumning and washing the bathroom, etc. Lots of bending down which

Constipation
It seems like every 2 weeks there are more facets to this problem. I take Miralax every day, Colace every other day - drink constantly - and now I have huge BM feelings and go to the bathroom and feel like I''ve accomplished something - then I look and it is not at all what it felt like - smallish,

WEIGHT LOSS SUPPLEMENTS, I.E. "GOLO" (w/Release)
Hey gang! It seems that every time I see an ad or read something about a diet supplement to help to get rid of belly fat or insulin resistant fat, I ask my Transplant Coordinator if I can take it. They always say "no" immediately without checking with the physicians or Pharmacy. They always say 'no'

Nausea/Stomach Post-transplant
I am about 4 months post-transplant. I have been suffering with nausea and stomach issues, along with chronic constipation or, when I take a prescription laxative like Linzess, then I have to stay around the house and have bowel movements constantly all day. I have used miralax, psyllium husks, prunes

Constipation vs obstipation?
I'm still not clear on the difference. In my case PD causes difficulty evacuating the bowels. Without treatment what ultimately comes out is...massive. Forcing it out there's constant fear of something tearing inside. Using colace the stools were less frightening meaning they were smaller

Are using stool softeners (Colace) every day plus a stimulant laxative on a weekend day..**really enough** for Chronic/severe "C"
Just feeling confused right now..is anyone in this situation and can relate? I take several medications that make my digestion slow and very constipating. Before finally resorting to a stool softener, I would not have a bowel movement all week..and have to wait until Saturday night ) due to my living

Rectal Burning, Rectal Spasms, Bladder Spasms, Burning Labia, numbness, sacral pain, and yes the dreaded Pudendal Pain
I have had it all. A miserable two years. Finally after the third Pudendal Nerve Block I have some real relief. I didn't want to make a post too soon as maybe I was dreaming. Since I was 14 years old and started my periods they were horrendous with regular flooding and generally feeling pretty rubbish and bleeding for 14-19 days a month. 2 children, 3 miscarriages and my husbands failed vasectomy later I was finally sterilized and at the same time had NovaSure ablation, this
