Generic world
I haven't seen this addressed before although I'm sure it has been: Generic Drugs. I was diagnosed about 9 years ago and started out on Ropinirole and Carbidopa/Levodopa 50/200. The C/L was generic. I don't believe I have ever taken Sinemet, the name brand. My neurologist gave me several samples

Decision Time
I have been on Azilect since my original diagnosis in March 2015. I exercise regularly. My doctor thinks it is time to introduce levodopa. I would greatly appreciate your thoughts on the pros and cons of going on levodopa. Many thanks in advance.

Finally, an explanation of Parkinson's? Very very important article. Retroviruses.
https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2099/12/31/retrovirus.aspx Hope everybody will get a chance to read this. Immensely interesting, it makes great sense to me. Mentions Lyme disease, mentions methylation. Methylation is related to B1. Mentions antivirals that's what amantadine is. Mentions

Increasing Levodopa too quickly?
Posting here as it's so hard to talk to my mums' neurologist. Mum (96) is on Levodopa 125 three times a day and 125 half Sinemet at night. I believe she has been undermedicated for absolutely ages and has terrible drops every day. Neurologist has just given a prescription for 62mg to be added to her

LDN and biliary dyskinesia?
He says there is a link of naltrexone and biliary
dyskinesia
. I cannot find any research that has been done on this link. I am not sure if he is talking about the 50mg dose or low dose. Does anyone know of a connection between the two?

B1/Thiamine start @4:20pm est 8/19/2018
I can say that I feel some immediate relief from
dyskinesia
five to ten minutes later. Even if it's all in my head 😁😁 it sure feels good.

Suggestions
I will be receiving the Dopa Macuna 15% L-Dopa tomorrow. I want to begin taking it in an attempt to see if this alone will replace the Carbidopa that I currently take 2 times a day each measured at 25-100. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to take it? I currently take one Carbidopa at 7 AM and

Burning feeling in neck
I’m only 11 weeks since dx. I’m 56 yo male. Decent fitness. In the last 2 weeks I’m noticing a burning sensation like sunburn on my left rear side of my neck. Stretching and rotating neck seems to help. Is this a Pd feeling you think? I was on mirapex for 2 months but doctor said last week I could halt
