Losing my grip
I have schizoaffective and tardive
dyskinesia
and my mood swings+physical symptoms are driving me insane. I get really worked up and then can't be brought back down no matter what I do. My restlessness and movements make me look and act crazy and it frustrates people (mostly my wife).

Drug Fast
Either they’re giving me mild
dyskinesia
or the active time that they seem to be giving me freedom is getting quite short 😕. I’ve heard that ‘drug fasting’ can reset some of these lost properties but I wouldn’t really know how best to pursue this line of possibility, if at all.

A question for my most knowledgeable friends around the world.
Recently, three years after my diagnosis, after I stopped mirapexin, I switched to an effervescent formulation of levodopa called Sirio 25/100. I take half a tablet in the morning and a half after lunch (plus 1 mg of rasagiline in the evening). Why is the best time of the day in the evening from 5pm

Long term use of large doses of ldopa. Any risks?
Kinda following on from my previous post about high concentration ldopa supplements. Several forum members - off the top of my head Strevenmast, ErnieDiaz, Cons10 (sorry if I got any of those wrong) - have reported good short (good symptom relief) and medium (for at least a year or more, and no nasty

Amantadine for fatigue/spasms
It's also prescribed for Parkinson's
dyskinesia
(that's involuntary body movements). It's prescribed off-label for MS related fatigue, and to a certain extent CFS.

Help Staying Asleep!!
I have Parkinson’s and I’m 59. Had it for awhile I guess. I go to bed around 10:00 pm and wake up around 2:00 am. I lay alone on the sofa until morning. I want to sleep so desperately. Falling asleep is easy. Staying asleep is impossible. I’ve tried everything natural there is on the market. I take a

A riddle, wrapped in a mystery, inside an enigma!
I currently take 4 doses of c/l IR + c/l CR + entacapone on 3 hour intervals... Recently I skipped dose 4, and I found that dose 3 does not wear off for 6.5 hours! I have 2 theories at this time: 1. the effectivness of the entacapone increases with each successive dose 2. one of the other drugs I am

Amantadine
I’ve been on Amantadine for about 6 weeks and have felt worse than ever. Symptoms were worst I’ve ever had. Dry. Mouth, very dry eyes to the point of not being able to see. Starting seeing images all over my house, bad dreams. D/C per MDS, but.nothing to replace. Has anyone else had these issues?

DYSKINESIA vs DYSTONIA
Now when people say they are getting
dyskinesia
from too much medication, what movements or involuntary motion are they talking about? No one ever describes exactly what that looks like. So my last question is whether people can get dystonia from too much dopamine or
dyskinesia
from too little.

Amantadine
Hi, if you’ve had experience with taking Amantadine please share your information with me. I was doing well and had first appointment with MDS and she decreased my Rytary and took me off QUEtiapine Fumarate. I haven’t felt well since. Appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
