I am 64 years old was diagnosed 2012 PD, but for sure I had PD since 2006.

The symptoms now include left side severe hand tremor, light right hand tremor, brain fog when Sinemet wears off (every 2 hours), left leg rigidity (which makes me limp), chocking (my saliva stuck in the throat), at times dyskinesia and very slow movements, and dystonia.

I started to take B1 1000mg in the morning and 500 mg in afternoon, but for some reason I thought my tremor getting worse and I need reduce the dose, but I did not noticed that it helped with my chocking, fatigue and better sleep at night. So for a few days I stopped B1 thinking that dose is for me too high. Next day when stopped B1 my chocking came back much worse than before, my fatigue came back and I was so week that I slept almost the entire days. So couple days ago I started to take B1 1000mg in the morning and 1000 mg in afternoon. I have more energy, almost no chocking, but my tremor is the same and it does not give me a good night sleep. I have to every 2-4 hours take Sinemet 1 pill 25/100 and 1 pill Sinemet ER.

1.Anyone has a good experience taking B1 to help with tremors?

2.Anyone using the Miramate pulsed electromagnetic field device? Does help with tremors?

3.Does Lexapro help with tremors?

Thank you very much!! Any advice for the tremor would be very helpful!

Tremor is the last symptom to go. After about five months I got some improvement, but not a complete resolution. Current dosage is 1.6 g in the morning and .8 g in the evening.
