Has anybody else experienced intense pain associated with the site of dyskinesia? (Involuntary movements )

This involves quite long periods of pain similar to a knife

being thrust into my thigh! Any information would be gratefully received

I don't know if it was from dyskensia or not because I don't have a lot of dyskensia, but I had severe pain & stiffness in my thighs & groin area & started taking Emergen C which has Vit C, B vitamins, magnesium & electrolytes and after about 3 weeks the pain went away.
