A Short Primer.
This will be a simple, though I hope compelling post, which I hope will clear up some confusion in those concerned with diabetes/weight loss (which are inextricably linked). So, it’s the calories right? Well consider this - 200 calories of bread versus 200 calories of butter. Eat the bread and blood

Hi I've just had some blood results back from my Dr. As you know I've been using HB at night for my high. When I had my saliva results back the morning blood result of 526(200-600) almost corresponded with my saliva result as being tad high. Today my blood result was 359 so according to blood in comparison

Hello everyone. My Name is Petra. I was told 2 years ago I had hypoglycemia. I now was told I might have diabetes. That my hypoglycemia has turned into diabetes. My sugar drops every 3 hours , I had a gastric bypass in 2014, had high blood pressure, but now I'm severe anemic and low blood sugar.

Foods/Supplements-Vitamins: Moringa Oleifera
I wouldn't normally have posted on Moringa Oleifera, because there is a paucity of PCa data [2] [3]. But there are 41 PubMed hits for <"Moringa oleifera" cancer>, albeit only 4 having an in vivo component. I have researched natural substances for a number of cancers, since I live in a newish subdivision

Hashimoto's and Elevated Liver Enzymes
I had suspected I had Hashimoto's for over 8 years now (symptoms going back to childhood - am 36 now) - couldn't get any doctors to care. I had been feeling ill for a while (lower backaches, chills, weight gain, gyno issues), so I decided to start working out. One day, after having cycled, I woked up
