Week 3 Run 1 - Getting tougher!
Ok, I'm shattered (too much work, not enough sleep this week), have eaten like a cookie monster (due to same), it's quite hot outside (by NWEngland standards anyway) and my legs are creaking, but I did do it - all the way to the end. And I had some pretty serious doubts as to whether I would manage till

Reminder for all oxygen addicts.
I was amazed, where I had the windows open it had
dandelion
seeds in it. The service engineer gave me my spare when he came to do the six monthly service. If you don't have a spare I should ring your oxygen .supplier. Keep smiling Carole x

The most beautiful bunch of flowers ever !
This morning I awoke in extreme pain. I haven't been sleeping well lately with a pain in my lower back and between my shoulders and never seem to go into a deep relaxing sleep so I awake still grouchy and in pain and start the day with a cocktail of strong painkillers along with my normal medications

Rivaroxaban is not for me, or was it? Aches and pains getting very bad again after 3.5 days off Rivaroxaban.
Bought some botanically brewed
Dandelion
and Burdock (fizzy). Drank some. Saturday 22nd June. Woke up at 3am in intense pain. Just as they were on Rivaroxaban. Bad fluid retention. Aches all over. Took 2 paracetamol, and about 6am 1 Furesomide tablet.

PUPPP / PEP / itchy rash
I was not keen to try
dandelion
capsules, a remedy that I have heard lots about online, since they apparently contain high levels of vitamin A, but as I am getting more and more frustrated by the itch, I have ordered some to try as it seems to help people and I am so far along.

Anti-viral Andrographis (chuan xin lian)
Most of you have already read the blog on
dandelion
greens for hepatitis. Another “superhero” herb called Andrographis is also on the horizon for research for viral hepatitis, HIV, diabetes and even general immune system function.

It is strange every year it is the first tree that goes first the other hangs on for grim death waiting for the frosts to
