Can anyone help with iron levels?
The endocrinologist suggested I get tested for haemochromatosis due to high ferritin levels. GP has done an iron panel first and if it doesn't meet criteria I won't be referred for genetic testing. Can anyone tell me anything about these results in relation to high ferritin and/or haemochromatosis?!

High platelets for 5 years now
I just found out my platelets are 564 . For about five years now they're always running a little high anywhere from 450 to 520 but now they are at the highest as well as my white blood count being 11.0 right now. I just tested positive for strep today but regardless of this all the other blood work

Travelling to US with Thai NDT - anyone done it?
Hello, I have Hashimotos and currently self treat with NDT due to poor care from my gaslighting GP. I'm flying to New York on March 1st, and according to the notes which arrived with my little boy's shiny new passport, I might have a problem. Iron supplement
I am trying to take iron supplements to improve my levels but they make me feel so ill. Nausea and burning in my stomach. I've tried taking with food, with orange juice and a vit c tablet. What do others do to help with this? Would a PPI negate the effect?

I have been pooping yellow stool for a month now from 14th of December until tonight (21st of January)... It has been a mixed of soft solid, and soft served (ice cream) consistency. Advice on latest TSH results & High vitB12-take PPIs for acid reflux....
Hi Would welcome your thoughts on my latest TSH and whether my sluggish, low energy, weight gain, constant bloated stomach, brain fog, bad short term memory and fungal rash on breasts-Is it all hypo symptoms or B12 deficiency masked by the taking of PPI Omaprazole for hiatus hernia and acid reflux.

C-Reactive Protein levels
So on advice from several of you, I recently had my C-Reactive Protein level tested. The normal range seems to be 0.00 to 3.0. Mine was 3.5. I understand that some of you have a list of what you take for this. Any chance you could list them for me. I am taking some supplements and a few herbs, but would

Neck cracks and crunches
Thank you to all who replied, I am a bit overwhelmed by the response but I will try taking Vit C and Magnesium and see if that helps. It's definitely not mobile phone related as I only use it when I need to contact someone. I have an appointment with my GP next week and I will get him to check but
