No post for long time, here is my update.
Now I’m on
cytoxan
. It appears that it is not working so my oncologist is trying to get me on erleada but so far the insurance company has denied it twice. Because of the chance of further bone breakage I no longer walk and use a power chair to get around.

Coping with a vasculitis relapse
They can include repeating Cyclophsphamide (
Cytoxan
in US) chemotherapy, or Ritxumab (Rituxan in US). Or using other immunosuppressive agents at increased doses, like steroids, Methotrexate, Mycophenolate Mofetil (=Cellcept) and Azathioprine. Basically yes, there are lots the medics can do.

Kidney transplant update
As a young child I was treated with
cytoxan
,diyalisis and many other life saving drugs. My creatine is running around 4.1 to 3.85 right now . I am on the border of diyalisis and learning all about the options again, sense I was such a little girl last time I was on it.

Oral Cytoxan and Avastin
Hi I have been on
Cytoxan
/Avastin for awhile now I get Avastin IV every 2 wks and take the Oral Pill every day. I have been noticing bad aches and pains. I guess it’s muscle/joint and even bone pain. Anyone else get this. It seems to be worse now . It’s mostly my hips and thigh.

Any information
As of two days ago I am now on 20 mg a day with
cytoxan
every other month daily. When will I feel the decreased effect of taking prednisone at the 20 mg dose. I still feel like I'm on 50 mg a day. I have ADHD, panic attacks, and health anxiety. Add that to any sort of prednisone has been horrible.

Chemotherapy, a Trusty Weapon Against Cancer, Falls Out of Favor
Among the chemotherapy drugs commonly used against breast cancer are
Cytoxan
, Adriamycin, Taxol and Taxotere, which are administered intravenously. In addition to nausea, side-effects can include hair loss and fatigue. The de-escalation debate, Dr.

Azathioprine for PACNS?
I've been taking daily prednisone and the plan was for monthly infusions of
Cytoxan
. When I visited my rheumatologist this month, he recommended switching to daily Azathioprine instead of the
Cytoxan
. I've only had one infusion of the
Cytoxan
so far and didn't have any major side effects.

27yo male in my 5th year after being diagnosed with igA Nephropathy (Berger's Disease)
They want to start me on
Cytoxan
which is a potent chemotherapy drug used to treat cancer and in my case could be used as an immunosuppressant. But the side effects are scary.

Other Options When Usual Options Fail?
With my neurological system showing fine on MRI, but clearly not okay autonomic system wise, the next stop after that was IV
Cytoxan
. Turns out my body doesn’t like Remicade and I can’t have it or any similar drugs.

Update
Rheumatologist put me on the oral chemo drug,
Cytoxan
. Felt even worse on that one and eventually had a reaction to it (severe itching). In the summer of 2016 things settled down and I had some quality of life back. During the past couple of months have new diagnoses -- RA.

Answers please!!!!
Can someone give me an idea of a typical cycle of prednisone and
cytoxan
for a person with wegeners? Like how long they should be taken and how many milligrams. I know it is different depending on the person and condition but are there some guidelines to follow?

Help!
Brain scans are negative and they are continuing to give her prednisone and
cytoxan
for Wegners. I am so relieved she was found but she is still having problems with her memory. The doctors don't seem to think it is from her meds. Any help would be appreciated. Memory loss experiences?

Seeking Surgery & Chemo Advice Please
Because I was treated with andriamycin for soft tissue sarcoma six years ago, my chemo will instead likely be Taxotere/
Cytoxan
. Any helpful advice for me for the surgical experience? Has anyone had this type of chemo and can share with me their side effects experience?
