Is it safe to take an antidepressant (Duloxetine or Cymbalta) with liver disease?
Hi Everyone. Due to my pain, anxiety, and neuropathy, my doctor suggested taking Duloxetine. I read online that you should not take it with liver disease. I already take Lyrica. Any thoughts or suggestions regarding taking it or other safer drugs?? Thanks for your input.

WHAT ANTI-DEPRESSANT IS OKAY FOR PEOPLE WITH RLS ?
As I am decreasing
Cymbalta
with the intention of completely going off of it , I've noticed my depression is coming back . I am now taking 20 mg and it's time for another decrease .

120mg Cymbalta for Anxiety
Suggested increasing my
Cymbalta
from 90mg to 120. Does anyone have experience with 120? Did it help? My anxiety is at its worst around my period.

Feeling defeated
He recommends getting off prednisone, trying
cymbalta
( which I won’t because I was prescribed it once before and it did nothing and I had horrible withdrawal) or celebrex. He can’t account for the total continuing pain and has suggested a pain management consult. I’m deflated.

Phobia
My doctor increased my dosage of
cymbalta
. I have had a lot of anxiety lately. I know I can work myself into a full blown attack. I am already a grandmother to 3. My son and his wife are expecting soon. One of my phobias is having an attack while holding the baby. I know it sounds crazy.

Weaning off Cymbalta
I am weaning off
Cymbalta
. I noticed a lot of people are bead counting. I was able to get our compounding pharmacy to make smaller doses with a rx from my doctor. I am wondering if anyone has experienced numbness and tingling in hands in feet during the withdrawal process?

Did weight loss help you, even if you weren’t technically overweight?
Hi all, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about 6 months ago, have tried several antidepressants and currently on
cymbalta
— not helping. My doctor basically told me all that’s left is to lose weight as “I could stand to lose 10-15 pounds”. Has weight loss helped anyone?

Hi everyone 😊 I am on duloxatine(
cymbalta
) antidepressants. I also get some Xanax for anxiety and panic attacks. I only take them when needed . I have always had problems with my mental health. And is understandably worse since sah. I am worried that my doctor will stop prescribing the Xanax .

I’m having tapering issues.
I recently stopped
Cymbalta
which I believe was helping with pain in my shoulders. So my question is what to do with the pain returning now that I’m half way to 10mg. Do I continue to go down to 10mg or stop and stay at 11mg for a while?

Specialist in Toronto, Canada?
I've been offered Gabapentin or
Cymbalta
but no one was able to tell me why. I would be so grateful.

Please advise
I'm going to switch from
Cymbalta
back to zoloft or try Prozac and I keep hearing terrible withdrawal stories which are freaking me out. Anyone have good withdrawal stories with minimal symptoms?

Thoughts on duloxetine /tinnitus ?
Just curious -
cymbalta
/duloxetine 30mg. It is listed as a common side effect (1 in 10 people). My t, though, only worsened about 6 months after I first starting taking it, so can I really say that it was the a possible cause - I am not sure really. Thoughts anyone?

An introduction to myself 👋 & recent trauma with my doctor-averse, bipolar partner of 4 years
**He has also been suffering from chronic back pain (degenerative disc disease) for long before I met him, and the
Cymbalta
he was on for a while may have at least partially triggered his initial manic episode.

Cymbalta
Now he wants me to try
Cymbalta
because he thinks it’s nerve pain. I’m not really on the same page as him. I just think the taper is too fast....1/2mg every 4 weeks. I’m at 3.5mg now. Any ideas or comments?
