hi everyone Anyone on cyclophosphamide infusions for lung disease and had the Covid jab? How did you feel? I’ve asked my consultant and he says it’s ok to go ahead but I have had such bad reactions I’m hesitant. Thanks 🌹

Hello, I have renal limited vasculitis and am wondering if anyone has experience with a switch from Rituximab to Cyclophosphamide after 3 months of initial induction therapy? My first treatment that started almost 3 months ago was Rituximab with Prednisone.

he has had GPA vasculitis for 7 years now and received usual medication ie cyclophosphamide, RTX and AZA before being on MMF. He has remained stable on this regime and his blood works have all have been good.

The oncologist felt it safe to give the Cyclophosphamide, the last of the chemo drugs. This time I was given more pre- meds. Benedryl and Solumedrol by IV in addition to prednisone by mouth and an anti-nausea med by IV. IV fluids before and after infusion.

Chemo: Cyclophosphamide +3,+4, Tacrolimus +5 & Mycophenolate After Day +5 it’s anticipated to be fairly rough for awhile. At least to days+11 to +14. I’ll let you know. Last note: my Bone Marrow Biopsy after the O CHOP revealed CD19CD20 and a few other markers were not present.

I have been offered chemo in tablet form called Cyclophosphamide and wondered if anyone is on this or has been on this and might have positive feedback. Many thanks xx

I was diagnosed with EGPA in December 2020, following intensive treatment including cyclophosphamide infusions I went into remission the following April. Since then I am on a drug regime that includes Azathioprine and Prednisolone. I am currently tapering down the latter with a view to stopping.

O (Obinutuzumab) CHOP (DOXORUBICIN (Adiamycin), vinCristine (Oncovin), cyclophosphamide (Cytoxan), Prednisone) plus Neulasta ejections. April-May 2024 3 cycles of O CHOP until BMT in Later June. BMT donor 10/10 match June 17.

doctor recommended the below medications : Paclitaxel + cyclophosphamide + phesgo+ zolodronic acid . I have corporate insurance in new India insurance with mediassist. These people are not approving phesgo which is targeted therapy telling that it is as immunotherapy instead of targeted .

To add insult to injury Dr Google says cyclophosphamide can actually cause ILD and pulmonary fibrosis so I won't be consulting that again.

I have tried all the medical treatments for Behcet's disease such as: cyclosporine, cyclophosphamide, infliximab, adalimumab, colchicine, azathioprine, and methotrexate, and every time after taking these drugs, the heartburn worsens and I get perianal fistula.

I was diagnosed with GPA in 2012, which made a hole in my nose, and after treatment with cyclophosphamide, azathioprine, and then rituximab, I have now been in remission for several years. The hole in my nose is filled with a silicone prosthesis.

I had Rituximab + dexamethasone+cyclophosphamide after that for 12 cycles over 10 months. (I had bad nausea with the cyclophosphamide for up to a week after each infusion). Remission again only lasted around 3 months.

Now suddenly I am on prednisolone, Cyclophosphamide 6x therapies, little time i had chlorocine. I feel that my immune system is falling apart. 4 times i was in hospital from may I was that bad. Now they say in the future i will take Adalimumab injections for some period.
