Your tips to reduce palpitations?
I had a
cryoablation
September 2018 for irregular heart rhythms which reduced my symptoms greatly. Fast forward to August 2022 and I caught covid, my heart was doing a merry dance for about two weeks. Then November 2022 I had the Pfizer covid booster and again two weeks of misery.

4/52 post cryoablation and cardioversion
Hi all I was successfully converted into NSR following
cryoablation
plus cardioversion just under 4/52 ago at UHCW- Coventry - who were superb. I have taken things very gently since and followed the guidelines as per your fact sheet.

Cryoablation
Hi all I had an ablation for AF on the 15th October it all went well I went back to work after a week but feel really tired (12hours sleep a night ) and no energy is this normal? I have only had one episode of a high rate since the procedure this lasted approx 5 hours and was 150bpm while sitting

Chiropractor after ablation
I had a
cryoablation
12 days ago. All went well and recovery has so far been straightforward. I could do to see my chiropractor (I have neck and back issues). I can’t think of any reason why I shouldn’t go, but would like reassurance I guess.

cryoablation
Well the 18th of this month will be a year since the ablation and the past month has not been kind. My heart is fluttering more and more again and it's not pleasant. I took some potassium which helps a little along with my magnesium and my prescription meds. The past month I have been working more and

Going ahead with ablation consult
I am told they do
cryoablation
at this facility, anyone have any feedback on that? Or any other questions I should ask the EP to feel more comfortable in his hands? Thank you in advance for any advice you can give me. Disclaimer (once again) I know about Dr.

Pre med for 2nd ablation
I had a
cryoablation
in August 2021 and I suspected it had not completely worked fairly early. I had a telephone pre-op today and am due for a 2nd ablation, radio frequency this time, in the next few weeks, I am waiting for the date.

The power of love
Here I am now on Thanksgiving on a break from chemo and building up my strength for a
cryoablation
procedure. Yes, the cancer started growing again. The break is of necessity. It's either that or a blood transfusion. I have not tolerated the chemo very well this time around.

Time to challenge SOC?
But I already know that my team is motivated towards
Cryoablation
of my previously radiated prostate (2015) before Doing anything else. MO, RO, and Urologist are all of the opinion that until the prostate stops producing cancer there's no point in doing radiation.

Feeling really down
I am week 7 post my first
cryoablation
for paroxysmal AFib. For the first week or so I had NSR fluctuations with mild AFib. Since 6th September I have been in constant AFib with HR ranging from 80-120bpm.

ablation of PVCs
so had 2nd follow up today after my AF
cryoablation
5 months ago. Looks like I’ll be going down route of another ablation but this time for PVCs which have become a nuisance over last few months. Tried meds which aren’t working.

Ablation 3 weeks on
My EP considered my
cryoablation
a huge success and is convinced it will work. As I am relatively young (53) and very fit he did say he used a very strong freeze on 2 areas. He warned that I would have a rough few weeks as a result.

Inflatable Penile Implants
I think this topic is appropriate for this group so I will introduce it today since I can't find a prior discussion on the site. Sexuality is very important to me, an 18 year prostate cancer survivor at age 68. It is also important to my partner. My research indicates high satisfaction for each partner

Your thoughts/experiences please about a change to a high dose of Sotalol (120mg twice a day).
I had a
cryoablation
about 8 years ago. I am concerned about the high sotalol spacing me out particularly as I am going to France on a cycling holiday in 5 days time. I discussed this with them and they said that if I was not getting on with the sotalol to reduce it to 80mg.
