Does creatine work?
So I'm back from the gym this evening and find some
creatine
in my cupboard. I remember looking into whether there is an evidence base for its effectiveness in the past (ie I probably did a Google scholar search on it, but maybe not even that).

Fatigue - a possible answer
I can't comment on the
Creatine
as I've only had 2 days worth and it has a more build-up-in-the-system sort of effect, but if you have fatigue as part of your scleroderma I would immediately get yourself a small packet of ribose and try it for yourself.

The GP tested some basics a fortnight ago - rheumatoid arthritis which was negative,
creatine

My Original "Reply" to the Post: I have neuropathy but I'm not diabetic
All my bloodwork was perfect with the minor exceptions of the Triglycerides level and low levels of sodium and
creatine
which are the result of not drinking enough water to flush those elements out of my system.

Hi there my partner has just been diagnosed with Mesangiocapillary glomerulonephritis. Hes struggling to get his creatine down and is on MMF
Has anyone any experiences of MMF.....and foods to avoid...thanks so much. My dad has cancer and I know all about it but this is a curved ball i didn't expect and I'm finding it hard to learn about the condition let alone support him through it

Does anyone know what Acute kidney injury on CKD means, my renal consultant put this on my letter to my Doctor.
My egfr level was 23 which rose to 25 within a few days, my

Another way to check if you have Hypothyroidism ? (CK) Creatine Kinase has an inverse relationship to T3.
I pointed this out to Hubby's Doctor who listened :) Hubby has now been tested for both T3 and Vitamin D :) Cheryl3245 did a posting on this subject '
CREATINE
KINASE' many months ago.
