Blood test results on thyroxine
These blood test results are old by several years but I do not recall asking about them on this site at the time and was wondering if anyone had any ideas about them. I have Hashimotos and am type 2 diabetic. Taking 100mcg thyroxine TSH 0.35 FT4 16.4 FT3 4.1 On same dose 8 weeks later TSH 0.91

Endo has run a pretty comprehensive set of tests including a serum cortisol test for the first time ever for me. It has come back marginally low at 397 nmol/L. The result sheet says "adrenal insufficiency is unlikely if >430 nmol/L." Test was taken fasting at 9am, and I don't take any medication other

Self medicating and really struggling.
Hi I’m absolutely fed up, exhausted of feeling so dreadful. I take one step forward and five back. At the moment I can’t see an end to this thyroid journey. I don’t know what to do next, or who to turn too. Brief history, you’ve heard it before, diagnosed with Hashimoto’s by a private Endocrinologist

Combination therapy
I'm a mess! Low cortisol & my thyroid is way out of whack. I've been taking 45mg mirtazapine & 50mg trazodone since 2003 to control depression, anxiety/panic, and insomnia. They've stopped working! While I'm getting my endocrine issues resolved, does anyone think it might be effective to add parxetine

PMR AND ITS ASSOCIATED AILMENTS
A
cortisone
shot directly into the hip stopped this immediately although at times I still might feel a little pain. Sounds so dismal. PMR, PIRIFORMIS MUSCLE, AND HIP BURSITIS ALL TOGETHER. I am able to recognize what pain is caused by what and can address that issue now.

Cortisone wore off after 2 weeks?
I then had a
cortisone
injection at the beginning of July. The next 2 weeks were great. Then the pain started sneaking back in. Now the inflammation is so much that I have trouble walking. I can't take NSAIDS due to bariatric surgery so I don't know what to do.

Happy Update 🌝
It seems I have responded well to
cortisone
injections in both shoulders and Xeljanz. For the first time in three years I am walking again. I am currently walking 5 miles a day minimum. I am still tired but getting it done. I quit smoking in May.

Steroid injection for psa
(Had
cortisone
ones before but they were injected into the actual joint) if you’ve had one has it been effective? Also were there any side effects?

When a 'side effect' is a BIG 'effect' ... more on tendons
It makes me laugh to read some people have
CORTISONE
injections to assist with this - although it is interesting my pain level is at its highest when my Pred level is likely at its lowest.

High T3 and low body temperature?
Hey, thyroid friends! Im a bit lost about my symptoms and las blood work. Any advice and idea will be welcome. I was on 50mcgt4/15mcgt3 and was feeling anxious and heart symptoms described below and go down to 25mcgt4/10mcgt3. For the last 10 days I decided to go t3 only (back to 15 mcg). And after those
