Treating Shoulder Pain, a gift of PMR
My Rheumy diagnosed bursitis and has offered to give me a
cortisone
shot. She says she's had success with that. My questions: 1.She hasn't mentioned taking any kind of images to confirm the diagnosis she made on the basis of putting me through a bunch of movements and eliciting the pain.

I still feel very ill. Still have very heavy concrete arms. Could this be due to low cortisol levels or something along these lines. UK
A few months ago I posted regarding the deep heaviness in both of my arms. I've had it since beginning of 2014. Anyway, I've kept to a good diet as posted before. I began drinking coconut water to up my pottasioum levels in hopes its due to low potassium but no luck at all. I'm starting to become

Cause of pain
He gave me a
cortisone
injection that gave me considerable relief on the side with acute sciatica and that has lasted for four months. But the pain other side and weakness has, if anything, increased.

PMR or ARTHRITIS
I have had
cortisone
shots in both hips and shoulders. These helped for about 3 to 4 weeks. Very strange that when I got the shot in my shoulder, the following day my hips felt better too!

Newbie, first post please can anyone advise regarding pain?
I also had tendonitis plus possible frozen shoulder in 2011, it came on suddenly after I'd painted a ceiling and needed a
cortisone
injection and physiotherapy for several months. I've also had 2 episodes of extremely painful rib pain lasting about 3-4 weeks.
