Advice on adrenal/ dental issues.

I have Hashimotos, PCOS, asthma and estrogen dominance. I have had a saliva cortisol test and have very low cortisol (particularly low in morning).

I had dental procedures of amalgam removal (I ingested a significant amount of the filling due to this being poorly removed) and was ill following the procedure with a return of significant fatigue and a diagnosis of lichen planus in my gum due to an allergic reaction to dental materials. I have since had my amalgams removed and replaced with composites by a biological dentist although the fatigue continues to be significant.

I am currently taking Thyroxine, Liothyronine, LDN, bio identical progesterone (estrogen dominance), metformin and have recently started cortef with limited improvements.

I would be grateful if anyone could advise on how to support myself to recover from illness.

I am also wondering for PCOS (if it is insulin related) what the best move is . myo-inositol and metformin or even both?

Did your biological dentist offer suggestions for detoxing from heavy metals? Some give IV Vit C after removal. There are other methods you can do.

Hi Zoe, from what I have found so far regular saunas is one way to help rid the body of mercury. I will look to see where I got the info so that you can read for yourself. Also Dr Myhill has some useful info on her website.
