Hydrocortisone, please help

I am in a really bad place, undiagnosed because of "normal" blood tests, but I suspect severe hypo because of low pulse and very low body temperature. Low cortisol ( I have done the 24 h saliva test).

I have an appointment with a doctor in Belgium soon, but I am getting worse every day with dizziness and nausea, abdominal cramps, can't eat and I'm afraid I won't even make it to the appointment ( 180 km away).

Would a small dose hydrocortisone put me on my feet enough to get to the appointment?

I have been to countless doctors here in NL but they say all is fine ( why am I not surprised).

Could someone please advice me a HC source by private message, I would be really grateful.

Taking a small amount of Hydrocortisone will interfere with any tests that doctors will want to do.

I realize that but I already have the saliva cortisol test and I need to get to the appointment...

How low was your saliva cortisol?

Have you not had a blood cortisol test done?

Minimum value in the morning and under minimum the rest of the day.

I went to the emergency twice in the last week and they took some blood tests but I haven't got the results.

They gave me a referral to an endo for Sinacthen test but it's only in 3 weeks from now.

Just wondering how you are now and if you sourced any hydrocortisone. I'm in the same position as you x
