ADRENAL TEST INTERPRETATION help?

I have just had my first adrenal test results back. From looking at these, I have repeatedly low cortisol. Is it very low, or just low? Any advice or help with understanding its significance and what I must do next, is much appreciated. Thank you.

(I am hypothyroid and struggling to increase t4 meds as needed, due to increase in symptoms. I am only on 25mg + 12.5mg currently. I need to increase to at leat 50 according to my doctor, but I feel horrendous, which I'm geusekng might be linked to my adrenals taking a hit?)

They aren't low, they would be marked with a blue diamond if they were low, they are marked with a yellow diamond which means they are a bit lower than the optimal level but still within the reference interval. The green band is the optimal range, so they are slightly low. You can see that you follow the natural curve pretty well.

You might find that lots of Vit C will help, also B5 can help support adrenals.

Ah, thank you. I have mis read it as outside optimal range being low. I take tonnes of vitamin c (about 15 grams) and b complex, but I'll have a look at how high the b5 is in it.
