Interesting Question for the Psychiatrists and Geneticists Out There
I have always wanted to ask these two closely related questions; especially since my Psychiatrist told me that he had never heard of any situation even remotely close to mine and/or of any studies related at all to it. I am now a 54-year-old man with ADD. My symptoms are mainly "tactile" and "attention

Sleep and not knowing where you are?.
My parents been away for last 10 days and got back Saturday afternoon so they already been here one night. Went to bed last night and at 2AM this morning my dad woke me up going to toilet as my bed room is opposite the toilet so noise wakes me regular when there here. This morning I thought what that

Successful Cadaver Kidney Transplant
I guess most cadaver kidney transplants lasts for 20 years. I'm curious. Has anyone have their cadaver transplant longer than 20 years?

After two osteopath sessions and one acupuncture session...
Yesterday I had my second session with my osteopath, who obviously thought I needed a heart transplant, because she did her best to prize open my rib cage (joke). And I had my first session with a local acupuncturist on Tuesday. She wants me to come twice a week, and the osteopath doesn't quite like

AFib & heart chamber enlargement
Hello everyone, I have posted on this site regarding my enlarged heart chamber and AFib. I have also said that I am 72 and maybe because of this I have been written off by my cardiologist. I have read some interesting posts but they seem to come from the USA, I was just wondering if I could read posts

Change from adeport to envarsus
So this evening marks 3 weeks since hubby's liver transplant, however Tuesday he was readmitted to hospital after blood tests revealed potassium was too high. Today his adeport was changed to envarsus which is taken once a day as it is slow release & he was discharged. Just wondering if anyone else has

Frightened
Hello, I had a spleen removal operation in 2001 which led to pancreatitis and a PVT. Spin on a few years and things have gone downhill frightening fast with a scarred liver, internal bleeding, ascites which a 10 day drain (usually about 6-7 litres), weakness, anemia ,( helped by 2 weekly iron infusions
