foot flop
I take sinamet comtan and amantadine. Recently my foot flop has gotten worse. I can’t tell if I should take my medicine sooner than usual.

Treatment Decision
I am hoping for some guidance for what to do next for my father. My father is in his early 70s, Gleason 8, PSMA and MRI last year showed no spread, but PSA was rapidly raising. He had an organ transplant years ago, and a small stroke, takes anti seizure medications, and has a walking disability due

Why Won't My Neurologist Listen (Explanation)
While my #1 Neurologist diagnosed me with something I never wanted, my #1 Neurologist was one I was very lucky to have known. I only had two one hour visits with him, he was so passionate and willing to help. He told the wife and I, anytime you need my advice or help phone me any time, email me any

Shingrix vaccine for immunosuppressed people aged 50+
I thought I would just post this from the gov.uk website because I have just a bit of struggle convincing our surgery that I was eligible, so maybe other people haven't been invited either. The full list is on chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk

What's in ER C/L vs. IR C/L?
We have tried using 25/100 ER in combo with 25/100 IR in an effort to increase time between doses and it consistently leads to negative symptoms that don't occur when I'm just taking the IR. Symtoms are mild headache, mild nausea, fatigue, my brain feels swollen and anxiety. It reminds me when I was

Mycophenolate trial?
Hi, I've been invited to take part in a drug trial of mycophenolate in early stage Limited Systemic Scleroderma. It's being overseen by Prof Denton and Royal Free/ UCLH. I understand the drop is commonly used for people receiving organ transplants and in the diffuse cutaneous form of Sac, but the trial

Anti Covid treatments for the Immuno-compromised

Covid Self Tests, For Vulnerable Folk.
Dear all, The 'Availability' of Free Covid Tests is now 'Limited To Certain Groups', however Sold Organ Transplant Patients ARE Included. If you do want to 'Order' some, then go to 'gov.uk', rather than 119- or the Normal Covid Site. I found this out after 'Chasing My Tail', for about forty minutes.

Husband so sick but not sure what’s going on
Hi this is my first time posting but I’ve been reading for a long time and I’m hoping someone here can shed light on what’s happening to my husband. He was diagnosed in 2013 with early onset (age 57) idiopathic Parkinson’s (rigidity and no tremors) and put on Sinemet and had two months of feeling better
