Body position helping ectopic beats
OK, it is 4 am… My PAF (which was weekly or twice a week) seems to have morphed into lots of ectopics in the last 4 weeks. The upside is less AF (just went almost 3 weeks in NSR, not complaining 🥴) but we all know the PACs and/or PVCs can almost feel worse. Does anyone else notice that sitting up

Can I continuously take the combined pill?
Hello, I have been on the combined pill (microgynon) for almost 3 years now and i have been seeing a lot of posts on social media that its okay to continuously take the pill every day which can stop the “period” rather than have a 7 day break? Is this safe? Will it protect me from pregnancy?

Info on Dabigatran please
I tried taking Apixaban but, unfortunately, had a strong allergic reaction to the lactose in the pill. My doctor has now suggested Dabigatran - has anyone any experience of this?

Gederal Pill - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I thought I would share my experience on this pill. Omg, it was not a pleasant experience. I was on Gederal for around a year after previously trying two other contraceptive pills and not getting along with them. When I first went on Gederal, I had no bad side effects and for the first few months everything

Myocarditis and racing heart
Im 3 month in recovering from myocarditis and periocarditis. Taking colcherine and ibuprofen but still not recovered. Having palpitations, racing heart and chest pain a few times a week and zero energy. I’m confused as to how normal this can be in recovery or if there’s something else going on. Right

Ventricular ectopics
So my current loop recorder has shown I get ventricular ectopics. My cardiologist doesn't seem overly concerned at the moment but when I have these I experience a sharp stabbing pain in the left side of the chest. Has anyone else had similar experiences with PVCs, should I be worried?

Just started Vyvanse. Any tips?
[i]I was recently prescribed Vyvanse by my psychiatrist who seems to think that I don't have ADHD and that I only have mild symptoms of it. I hate to say she's wrong, but she is. My extremely evident distractibility makes it nearly impossible to do well in school which is highly important to me and it

Pulsating Tinnitus
Hi! I’m a 70 y/o female and was diagnosed with Afib a year ago. I have had PVCs, PACs, SVEs since I was in my 20s. Bad thing is, I am aware and can feel almost every single irregular beat. And now, with pulsating tinnitus which I’ve had approximately six years, I can HEAR every single irregular beat

Dare I say they're listening...
What really turned the corner was when I said 'it's all good and well staying on
contraception
to cut out the middle man of a lap and treat the same way, but that basically means that if it isn't Endo, then I'm indefinitely infertile until I come off it again' she told me to text her with all the symptoms

Private Lap today- Best thing I ever did
I had to wait nearly 7 weeks to see my chosen specialist, to be told I had endo not suspected as the NHS said, my cyst was apparently a simple 1 not according to my consultant, I was taking the wrong
contraception
and I had not been diagnosed with IBS EVER which apparently I should of been.

Combined pill, weight and other options
Hi all, So a bit of background. I had a laparoscopy 3 years ago to remove a cyst from my ovary which turned out to be a chocolate cyst and they also found adhesions on my other ovary and diagnosed endometriosis. I had a mirena coil already and so haven't had further treatment. 6-9 months ago I started
