Pill and treatment Endo?

Hi all, hoping for some advice. I was diagnosed with Endo in Jan 19 after having a large cyst removal, which resulted in my ovary and tube also being removed (left side). I was discharged from Gynae care after being given the pill. I stopped taking the pill and tried to carry on as normal (due to continuous bleeding) Over the last year I have been having severe back and hip pain and was the prescribed the mini pill Cerelle, however i have had constant bleeding for almost 9 weeks, the DR prescribed me tranexamic acid but the pain levels increased and the bleeding did not stop. One Dr has said the option I have is to bleed or be in pain. I have since spoke to another Dr who has advise me to come onto these boards and do some research and seek advice so that when i speak to Gynae i can go in with some ideas of treatment plans.

I had the coil many years back and was very painful and periods continued throughout so don't want to go back to that.

Also a rather strange one but does any one also get the feeling that a "kidney" is being squashed after a night sleep,
