In recovery, should we do the stuff that makes us fatigued?
I'm a few years down the line now since the
concussion
that caused my problems - probably not helped by the two that happened before and after.

I provided copies of previous tests demonstrating clinically low b12 with positive gpc following
concussion
from yet another blackout. My neurologist looked at me and said that they were unaware of the role calcium has in the nervous system.

That one song
Then the week after putting Simba down, I was in a car accident that triggered
concussion
like symptoms and prevented me from working. I was dashing and doing 3rd party catering deliveries.

Neuro-ophthalmology following BI
I’ve read that all 3 of these symptoms may suggest binocular vision dysfunction following a BI/
concussion
. The GP has agreed that it’s highly likely these symptoms are all related to my accident.

Hi all, I'm new here
In November of 2022 I fell down the stairs and landed awkwardly against a solid breezeblock wall.... unfortunately the way I landed meant I had a moderate
concussion
with bruising on the brain and the subsequent side effects.

Hi We’re currently trying to help our 11 y/o son get over his second
concussion
from playing rugby in the last 3 months. Any tips on helping him sleep? He’s always slept well but the injury has given him insomnia which makes the symptoms (headache and dizziness) worse. thanks

I spent time in hospital with
concussion
and severe bruising, especially on my face (I looked something like ‘The Scream’). This mostly resolved by Christmas, but I was left with a hard lump almost 2cm across on my lip, which started bleeding in early January.

Thank you!
It turned out that I also had a
concussion
that did not manifest itself until Monday. I was unaware that they can take 48-72 hours to show up. I was obedient and stayed in bed for two days and I am feeling much better now.

Starting Over
Well, after 2 CAT scans, an MRI, months of physical therapy, and some other tests, I finally felt like I was over my
concussion
nearly 9-months later! Needless to say, I was happy for 2022 to be over! Now, I am in a place where I feel like I am starting over.

Has Anyone Tried Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) - for expedited healing from radiation induced bone fractures & unhealing wounds?
This treatment is also highly effective for those who’ve experienced a
concussion
, a stroke, or cancer treatments, it is often incorporated into a variety of health optimization and recovery plans. Anyone with experience with this treatment? I’d love to hear your thoughts! ❤️🙏❤️

Somehow I avoided breaking anything, but 4 days in hospital under observation with
concussion
(worries about a bleed on the brain thankfully not fulfilled) and absolutely spectacular bruising covering most of my face because of the warfarin as well as some stitches in my forehead.

PD without drugs
He had a fall a number of weeks ago and sustained a head injury - thankfully no
concussion
. Dr recommended physiotherapy - very helpful as physiotherapist recommended some great balance exercises. Dr also recommended an ultrasound of neck - nothing unusual there.

'The War on Terror' brought about 'The War on mTBI'
The signature injury from the 'War on Terror' is mTBI (
concussion
, PCS). So many soldiers got mTBI and the powers that be realized conventional mainstream diagnostics and treatment were of no use for rehabilitation.

Seizures following head injury
I had a blow to my head 3 weeks ago, I didn’t lose consciousness but did have
concussion
. My obvious worry at the time was that it might bring on a seizure.
