On to drug #2
We’ve consistently upped Adderall for our grade 1 son with quite severe symptoms of adhd up to 25mg and as we went up so did his touchiness and temper/extreme anger. We weren’t seeing the attentiveness and focus at school and he become zombie-like so we quickly decided to switch from Adderall last week

Venlafaxine issues
I am the main carer for my sister aged 75 who has been on antidepressants since her teenage years. Recently she has had a change of brands and is now on Bluefish Venlablue XL 75mg and is worried about the feelings she is experiencing. Has anyone else had similar problems going straight from one brand

My son is 12 1/2 and has been on Concerta (generic) for 6 years. It was the first medicine he tried and we were so fortunate that it was the right one. We’ve tweaked the dose over the years but it was working fine until just recently. He has started having problems keeping it together at school and someone

Medication victory ❤️
Today was day 1 of my 7 year old daughters medication journey. She was diagnosed at age 5 with ADHD. This happened because she started having anxiety and panic attacks because she was afraid I was going to die. I took her to therapy for months which lead to her diagnosis. Her ADHD caused anxiety. Needless

Concerta and weight loss
Hi. I am about to start Concerta. I’m 19 and have adhd. I’ve never been on medication before. One thing I am worried about it weight loss. I mean it’s not going to kill me to lose a few, but I was just wondering how quickly people lost weight and how much? I just want to know what to expect. And what

Adizem XL
Just been prescribed Adizel XL by Cardiologist to see if it works. Any thoughts, advice, experience? Cardiologists is back on a MVA thread after a few months exploring ongoing pain as neurological. Going forward for more MV tests, but the Dorset Cardio team is about to buy the equipment to do it locally

Atrail fibrillation getting worse
Hi all, I am 42. I have had atrail fibrillation for about five years and it has been under control with bisoprolol 10mg. This has crept up from an intital 2.5mg dose originally. However I find myself in af daily and it’s getting worse. I have just given up smoking and that has been easy as a fag

CBD with antidepressants and painkillers?
I am taking Venlalic XL 150 mg and Pregablin 150 mg for Fibromyalgia and am keen to understand the risks if any from also using CBD oil for the pain. Anyone have any info or experience, I would be grateful. The CBD oil is 2.75% recommended by a friend who does not take any antidepressants or painkillers

Biphentin thoughts
Does anyone have a child on Biphentin? I’ve never heard of it until last week when we met with our pediatrician. My daughter is on Concerta (36mg) but she struggles to swallow the pill and we go through at least 2 pills a day before we *actually* swallow one. It’s tempting to cut it in half but we all

New Inattentive diagnosis, Meds advice needed!
Hello. My son is 8 years old and we just received an inattentive type ADHD diagnosis. He's not hyperactive or impulsive. We're considering starting him on a combination of meds/Hardy micronutrients. Does anyone have advice on which meds works best as a starting place for inattentives? A friend of mine
