Median PFS for FCR treated CLL patients with IGHV-M was 14.6 years vs 4.2 years for patients with IGHV-UM. V+O and I+R look to be superior

treatments, because clinical trials for these only commenced within the last 7 years. Hence the question marks in the above PFS plots.

I thought I would just post this from the gov.uk website because I have just a bit of struggle convincing our surgery that I was eligible, so maybe other people haven't been invited either. The full list is on chrome-extension://efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj/https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk

Hashimotos double vision
I will now try to arrange to see a private endocrinologist and attempt to get a prescription for T3/
combination
therapy
. My optician thinks the double vision might stop when I am properly medicated. Anyway just wondered about the double vision thing.

Poor converters
Can anyone give me some stats on the percentage of patients in the UK needing combined therapy T4/T3? That is, percentage of poor converters? Percentage of faulty genes Di01 and DI02? Am writing a follow-up article to the one published for Central Bylines https://centralbylines.co.uk/big-pharma-the-nhs-thyroid-disease-and-me

Relapsed CLL: New Approaches Prolong Survival
In people who are genomically unstable, almost half will have their CLL progress on single agent BTK inhibitor
therapy
. These patients, I'd like to treat with
combination
of a Bruton's tyrosine kinase inhibitor plus venetoclax," said Richard R.

Does anyone know of a connection between undermedication and histamine intolerance, or if there are histamines in Armour thyroid?
My histamine intolerance symptoms have gone crazy of late, to the extent I've had to significantly change my diet. Histamine intolerance is something I have suffered with on and off for years, but nothing like it is now. I have 2 theories, namely one I am undermedicated or two Armour may be behind

Update 7.5
I am interested in the potential of
combination
therapy
but would prefer mono-therapy with Besremi providing I tolerate a higher dose. We will see how things go. So, things are going well. I remain very pleased with my response to Besremi.

Planet Fitness Whole Body Enhancement machine
I've recently read about Total Body Enhancement at Planet Fitness. It's a 12 minute routine with red light therapy and a vibration plate. Supposed to help with osteoporosis. Wondering if anyone has used this machine?

Don't wake the monsters - risks of therapy and meditation
At a recent group therapy session, the experienced therapist responded to me as if I was completely unhinged by suggesting that doing therapy had risks. Most therapists, like most people, need to sell their services to support themselves. I have strongly mixed feelings about Eminem and Rhianna, but I
