Xpo1 significance
Not been active for a while as my wife is on watch and wait since initially being diagnosed two years ago at 41.Eric blood panels have come back with Xpo1 mutation which we are told significantly increases the chances of needing treatment. Going through the details we got but there seems to be a trial

Primary Peritoneal Cancer
I was diagnosed with PPC stage III C in April of 2023. After consulting with onocologist and gynecologist/oncologist it was decided to do 3 rounds of chemotherapy then debulking surgery followed by 3 more rounds of chemo. After first 3 rounds I had a very positive response with major shrinkage of tumor

Intraductal Prostate Carcinoma
Just wanted to say hello as this is a new journey. Hopefully most of you are experiencing success better than anticipated from the onset. . I share many of your diagnosis but for any of you out there with the more (rare) - intraductal Carcinoma diagnosis I'd love to see if it's possible to connect

What's different between Xtandi vs NUBEQA® (darolutamide) vs ERLEADA® (apalutamide)
Hello Everyone, zytiga didn’t work so move to xtandi After two months, Xtandi did not work, and PSA started going up; I suggested to the doctor to prescribe other medicine ( NUBEQA® (darolutamide) or ERLEADA® (apalutamide) based on this group's recommendations. Dr keeps telling me NO and tells

Update for kestrel5
Diagnosed in Spring 2010 (Stage IIB - pT2c, N0, M0). Lung mets confirmed in September 2015. I am, as they say, heavily pre-treated. Recent scans and bloodwork: no evidence of cancer, three years of undetectable PSA. Never say 'cured,' but I am enjoying a period of durable treatment effects.

Seeking anyone familiar with aggressive small cell neuroendocrine prostate cancer and/or with lurbinectedin as 2nd line chemotherapy.
A needle biopsy Oct 15, 2023 revealed that at least some of my metastatic prostate cancer in a lymph node had mutated to an aggressive small cell neuroendocrine prostate cancer. (notable for CDK N1B, RB1, Tp53 mutations. MSS, TMB low) I had 4 cycles of carboplatin/etoposide chemotherapy, which ended
